LG New Location

When I checked the any negative reviews, I almost canceled the pick up. there were no other good loads so I went ahead with it. I was very happy with the decision. I checked in at 14:03 for my 15:45 appointment. I was given a door immediately, it took 1.5 hours to load, 17 to get my BOL and I was out the door. I will definitely come back.

After reading the reviews I was expecting the worst. I got there 25 minutes before my appointment time. Was greeted by a person who was friendly and gave me instructions how to fill out the paperwork. Then I turned it into the people behind the window. They were friendly and gave me a door assignment. Once backed in and wheels chalked I came inside and sat with the other drivers. Very spacious area with chairs far enough apart and good air flow to stay healthy. It is a heated warehouse. I was able to watch them load from a distance. They have a nice bathroom. I took a book. Within 2 hours I was loaded and trailer was sealed. I was there from 12:30 to 1400 or so. You can't be in your truck once backed in.
My expectations were low and there were no unpleasant surprises.

Was really skeptical when I read the reviews but I went here today I had a 0800 appointment arrived at 0745 got a door and was out at 0910 everyone was nice.

Appointment time 0800, I was in a door a 0805. Full trailer was empty by 0910. Due to the virus they do let you stay in your truck now. Hopefully no one messes that up for the future.

Fast loading for me.. 1hr and I came 30 minutes b4 appointment time.. Almost needed a helicopter to drop my semi in the parking lot, due to all the weight restrictions around here.

Great facility. Very organized. Check in with security. Back into a dock. Then check in inside and wait inside while being unloaded. They sell chips and snacks and drinks inside at the window. Polite and professional. Approx. 75 min. unload time

Appointment at 13:00, was on check-in at 12:30, began to load at 13:40. Checkout at 14:15. Thanks

They give you door...right a way....but start loading on appt time....but they load you pretty fast

Fast load if early sometimes they fit you on early if not you wait for appointment, hit or miss try to come on appointment time for best results

Appt at 9am arrived at 8am which is time they open. Got a dock right away and they started unloading me right away. Fast unloading and friendly staff. Young lady at shipping office nice and beautiful also 😊

I had delivery. I have appointment at 3:00 pm, got early door at 7:20am.empty 9:00am

5 pm appt , was there 4:30 , got loaded by 5:30 good job

Fast and friendly staff ,just arrive on time and everything will be fine ,I had appointment at 9:00 am arrived at 8:30 and got out at 9:20 am

They work by appointment only ,no exceptions. About 30 minutes after your appointment time you will be good to go. Make sure you have straps
