Have to say, “the gang at HQ Richmond are the BEST!” They make you feel like part of the family. They genuinely care about you and your well being. They just don’t make small talk, they get to know you. I highly recommend anyone going there for your PT needs. Trust me…. You will NOT regret it! I will not go anywhere else. Chris, Jake, and all the staff are WONDERFUL!!!!

I drove 20 miles out of my way to go to this specific health quest location. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I feel that my physical therapist went above and beyond talking with me and helping me with exercises. The staff all seem to genuinely enjoy their job, they are happy and want to be there. I felt that everyone was professional and truly want to help you get the full recovery you are working towards. Place is clean and tidy, very welcoming atmosphere. If you are uneasy and unsure of where to start your rehabilitation, this is the place to go!

This is the most positive, uplifting physical therapy experience! All of the staff members create such a comforting and welcoming environment for their patients. They really make sure you’re feeling great and having a good time!

I had really bad knee pain and throughout my sessions I could really tell that it had gotten better! It is so fun being there because everyone is so nice and funny! It’s a great office to be at.

Great place, with an amazing group of people. Local people who get to know the people they work with. Perfect place to enjoy the process of healing. Recommend for anyone that needs help after an injury or surgery.

I started seeing Chris after having continuous shoulder problems and he has been a lifesaver! He is very knowledgeable and patient and I always left therapy feeling better. He took the time to teach me stretches that i was able to do from home that started to help tremendously. They even offer cupping and acupuncture therapy which was so hard for me to find in my area! The entire staff is friendly, very compassionate and attentive.

Chris and his team do an excellent job. Great atmosphere as well.

Great place with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. This was my 1st time in physical therapy. I went in by reccomendation from my doctor for neck issues. I called a whole bunch of places, Health Quest was the first one that could see me in a reasonable amount of time. They were very friendly and accommodating to my schedule and needs.

They definitely helped me regain some mobility and relieved some pain.
The staff is really fun! They have fully succeeded in making it a relaxing place! It is almost to the point where it like a local hangout with friends.
Most importantly, they know their stuff and work multiple angles of your issues! Hats off to the Richmond Health Quest crew!!!

Four hundred and third person to leave a good review. Reviews don't lie. Good people, good environment, good atmosphere. Would recommend to everyone, would not recommend blowing out a shoulder to meet them. But they'll help bring ya back if you do.

I found this place to be very welcoming and caring. Everyone seemed to be comfortable and knowledgeable of what they were doing. Paul helped me around a bit and I really appreciate that. Paul was extremely polite and friendly. I enjoyed my time with everyone here I will be back soon!

I started coming with health quest Physical Therapy in 2019. All the staff is so friendly lead by Chris. The combination with the cupping, dry needling, kt tape, and manipulation is the best for me. I highly recommend them. HealthQuest Richmond has changed my life for the better. My pain level is better and I function with less headaches. I am forever grateful for having HealthQuest in Richmond.

The staff is very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. They are able and very willing to explain what and why you are doing ,what they are having you do. The staff is upbeat and creat a very positive environment to move forward in your rehab and health goals.

Chris and his friendly, helpful team are consummate professionals getting me moving after hip replacement. Being there is like visiting Family! Without the drama!

What can I say? This place is amazing. I have been coming here for a few weeks now, and the staff really take care of you. Not only do you get amazing physical therapy (Sherman really listens to my needs about what is bothering me), but you get an amazing ambiance as well.

Not only do they work on the physical needs of your injuries, but you get a mental workout as well. Adam and Spencer are quick with the trivia, and it really feels like you walk out of the facility know more than when you came in.

Kelly up front is amazing, always greets me with a smile. The techs are all amazing about making sure you’re stretching the proper way.

The owner (Chris) is top notch. He provides lunch around the holidays that he generously shares with the customers (Win!)

The therapists are all phenomenal. Jacob, Ivy, Courtney all are on top of their game. Sheldon is alright too.

This place is busy, so don’t be surprised if you don’t always get the therapist you were scheduled with. No matter who you get (Chris, Spencer, Jacob, Ivy, or Courtney), you can be sure that the will get you back on track fast
