Camping World

My husband and I brought a 2013 Thor Daybreak at camping world in Braidwood, Illinois. Unfortunately, I have a bad review for camping world. Our trouble came when my husband picked up a check to pay for the motor home from the finance company. We were supposed to go to camping world at a certain time so someone can go through with us the entire class A RV. Unfortunately for us the finance manager was more interested in getting his check for the RV then going through with us what we needed to know about our class A RV. The finance manager sent over a technician to go over the class A RV with us but he inadvertently stated I was not the one who serviced your class A and I really don't know anything about this particular model. They were busy that day, there were other people getting their walkthroughs and the technician that didn't know anything about our vehicle left us to go help them do their walkthrough and unfortunately for us we probably only got a five to 10 minute walkthrough at the most and really didn't know anything about our class A and drove away completely clueless.

Worked with Chris as the salesman and Ben as manager as well as Mike in service. We my wife and I could not have had a better experience from start to finish even after a small hiccup. All staff went above and beyond to make our experience with them amazing. Highly recommend.

Great experience with a great team. Salesman Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. James from service did an amazing walkthrough and provided a little something extra for my kiddos! We got a great deal on a new upgraded camper and good value for our trade in as well.

I stopped at this location just to browse in the store and Scott approached me to see if I needed help. I looked at a couple things then asked if he would look at my RV which he said sure. My slide topper was all bunched up and he got a ladder and fixed it without me even asking! I have never had good service at Camping World and I told Scott I would give him a good review for being so helpful without hesitation! Thank you Scott!

We got chose for make a wish for our daughter, we got sent here to pick up our camper. I cannot reccomend this place enough for your camping needs, they treated us like family from the moment we walked in to the time we left. I definitely want to shout out the general manager Ben & finance guy Dan, they kept things running smoothing & fast as we have a 2 year old that doesn’t like to sit still.

Just wanted to give a shout out to my salesman. Chris, he did an awesome job showing me exactly what I had envisioned for a travel trailer.
He was always available when I needed to talk to him which is a plus Also wanted to say the gentleman that showed me The walk through keith was exceptional did a great job

We give Krissy 5 stars. She is knowledgeable and personable. She was very helpful. She showed us everything we were interested in without pressuring us. If we decide to buy from here, it will be becuase of her. The rest not so much. We had to answer what seemed like 100 questions just to look at anything. Sales manager was pushy about running numbers to see what we can afford. We are not dinging our credit for nothing. We had to repeatedly him we needed to talk about what we looked at. It's a big purchase and don't need the pressure

This is our first RV and we are so happy we went to Camping World in Braidwood. Liberty is the person who helped us with our browsing when we got there. Then she introduced us to Don in the finance office and he was so helpful with helping us understand everything. Thank you to Liberty and Don for all your help we love our Camper and appreciate your kindness and making our day a wonderful one. Thank you to everyone there . Everyone we met were so very kind and helpful with our questions. You have nice people that work there.

We just bought our 3rd camper from the Braidwood IL location! Our salesman Jake was awesome, knowledgeable, and straight forward with us the entire time! We were able to get all of our needs met within our budget while getting a great camper!!! Ben was helpful throughout the entire process as well! We hit a couple bumps during it all and he reassured us and dealt with everything we had thrown at him! He did everything to make sure we were satisfied and got what we wanted! Kelly in the store part was also so willing and helpful at getting us some extras for our new camper too! All around great, friendly staff!

I called to see if they had a part for my camper. They had it and the gentleman said he'll have it at the parts counter. The part was at the counter when I got there and made for a quick purchase!

My son was a Make-A-Wish recipient. The staff here at camping world was absolutely amazing. Everyone from the front desk all the way down to the guys in the service garage. The sales team, Amber, the walk-through coordinator were especially amazing. Amber was so hands on during the walkthrough and was so educated on everything. Oskar got along so well with her and he’s a very shy and awkward kid. Thanks camping world for making his experience so amazing. Thank you so much for making my child happy when he’s battling cancer.

We bought a 27ft camper and all the sales men were wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable about the campers James the mechanic is the one you want to work on your stuff he was amazing

We had a great experience buying our 5th Wheel from Camping World in Braidwood. They have a great staff, especially working with our salesman, Chris Moser. We live in the Austin, Tx and saw the RV online that we were looking for and at a great price. We contacted Camping World and talked to Chris on the phone. He gave us a virtual tour of the RV and answered all of our questions. He took care of setting up an appointment and getting the paperwork started. We drove to Braidwood, and he had everything ready for us to purchase the 5th wheel. Even after the sale, he called to ensure everything was working and to see if we had any questions. I would highly recommend working with Chris if you are interested in buying an RV.

Had a great shopping experience. Our salesperson listened to our needs and didn’t pressure us to buy. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of meeting Ben before we finalized our purchase. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood all the numbers before signing the dotted line! If do stop by, make sure you chat with Ben. His knowledge of the industry blew us away! My husband and I couldn't believe just how amazing the experience was when purchasing our new RV from EZ Living. We are from Texas and have been searching for a specific Riverstone floorplan for a couple of years. We came across the floorplan in the EZ Living inventory online and made contact. The dealer was closed for 2+ weeks for inventory purposes and Casey (the Internet Sales Manager) still managed to respond to our inquiry in a very timely manner. From that point, we worked together with Casey and Finance Manager Kathy to value our trade, secure financing and complete the terms of the deal. All of this while the dealership was closed and these amazing ladies worked from home. Our experience once we traveled to Illinois to close the deal was no different. Nothing was left to chance. It was all well thought out and perfectly executed. From front to back, the people at EZ Living were beyond pleasurable to work with and made the entire experience easier than we thought possible. We can't recommend this dealer enough.
