Gina has been doing my hair for about 8 years now. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my crazy thick head of curls. I have received so many compliments over the years from long hair, to short bobs and back again. The wash, head massage, hot towel, cooling eye mask and hand massage are dreamy! Gina and her staff are truly AMAZING. When you walk into the salon you are always greeted with warmth, kindness and style. I have NEVER been to a salon where they are always on time except LOLA-it is truly incredible. Gina does the best color around and listens to what her client's want and utilizes her training and experience to make you look and feel your best. Her skill set, experience and constant quest for educating herself and her staff on the most up to date trends in her industry is one of the many reasons she a consummate professional and master at her profession.

I moved to Geneva and I was far from my old stylist. But I found Lola on Google and loved the whole aesthetic of the salon. From the furniture to their zero waste initiatives (big selling point for me!) I came into the salon for the first time with an idea of chopping my hair off. Gina helped me choose a style that best suited my face shape and maintenance habits. It was perfect and better than what I had imagined. The entire staff was so sweet and it is definitely my new salon 💛 Support small/local businesses!!!

Phenomenal experience! The hair and hand massage were wonderful and my hair looks great! Katherine did an amazing job! The salon is very affordable, especially for the experience you receive. They are also one of the most environmentally friendly salons on America! Only one bag of garbage per month!!!!

I drive a hour from downtown Chicago because the service is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable. I followed my stylist, Veronica to LOLA from another salon because she rocks. A few months ago I arrived for an appointment to find out they had missed scheduled me... there was time for color but not a cut. I was very upset considering how far I drive. The owner Gina skipped her lunch break to cut & style my hair... compliments of her. That's the kind of customer service I will continue driving an hour for!

Gina is a magician with hair cut and coloring! If you have an idea of what you like but are unsure about how it will look on you she always finds a way to do it fabulously.

I'm sure she keeps up to date on everything hair related, but she also has an intuitive gift that not every stylist possesses. She knows exactly where to place color, layers, etc. to bring out your best features as well as your personality.

Everything she does is intentional, from the layout and design of her salon, choosing the healthiest and highest quality hair products, and even things like bathroom hand towels that are color coordinated with the rest of her studio.

Gina is truly the best at what she does, and I'd recommend visiting her chic yet funky salon any day!
