It’s a breath of fresh air to work with a dealer who is professional and reliable in both communication and follow through. I’m not in the market for a used vehicle currently, but I’d buy from Tazewell Motors without hesitation!

I've taken my car to Tazewell Motors for service over the years. The reason I keep going back is because they do good work and the owner, David, is always fair with price. He made sure my car was taken care of. Trust is very important and he earned that from me because he would always explain what needed done and why. He also brings in the best used cars to sell and offered great advice when it was time to buy a car for my 16 year old.

Had a great experience and am so thankful that a place like this exists! I needed a reliable car on a budget and David made sure thats exactly what I ended up with! I appreciated his honesty/transparency and dedication. You're better off going here than any other dealership around!

My car was totaled and I spent days driving around, trying to find a car and having to deal with a bunch of BS at dealerships. I stumbled upon Tazewell Motors online and decided to check it out. They ended up being closed the day we went to the surrounding area but we decided to try calling to see if there was anything they could do since we were from out of town. David took time out of his personal day to come show us a couple of cars we were interested in. He was so friendly and welcoming, and very upfront about everything. He treats everybody like family. He didn’t add on a bunch of BS charges to his cars that are in practically new condition. We ended up really liking the Chevy Cruz but my bank was merging with another, so I couldn’t buy that day. He was so understanding and was able to hold it for me till I could get up there the next day with a check. He made the whole process super easy and made sure to answer all of my questions. Honestly wish I would’ve found his place sooner. I highly recommend Tazewell motors.

My dad and I found this cute Chevy Cruze on Craigslist for my daughter. When we went to check it out, it needed a new brake caliper and 2 new tires. David repaired those and held the car until I could come see it again. This time, it looked great! I decided to purchase it and was able to buy it for the price I had in my head when I started looking. I wanted a red hatchback and for the price I payed! A couple days later, we noticed the front tire was running low on air. I discovered it had a tiny leak that couldn't be repaired. David told me to come back, and he replaced the tire while I waited. The car has been great for my daughter, and she is enjoying driving it! Thanks for a great experience buying this car and for making sure my daughter has a safe vehicle!

Absolutely THE BEST service we’ve ever had while purchasing a new or used car, and we’ve bought a lot of cars! Dave, and his staff, were SUPER! He is honest, takes time explaining things and talks to you like a friend that is trying to help you get the best deal for you, not him. We didn’t feel like just another customer and it’s all about the sale. It was busy and he didn’t rush us at all. Even after the sale was done and we were leaving, he ran cash out to us for us to fill the gas tank that was half full. I was looking to get rid of my 2008 Nisaan Sentra after it running its course and found a BEAUTIFUL “midnight edition” 2017 Nisaan Altima SR at Tazewell Motors in Creve Coeur. David Norman, the owner, gave me a great price to trade in my old car and buy my new (used) dream car! David has been extremely helpful and great with communication. Within a couple days of driving it David has addressed any of my concerns with my new vehicle and got me in the shop right away to fix any issues as well as detail my car. I am more than happy with the services David has providing me. Definitely recommend.

If your needing a vehicle this is the place to go, just purchased a second vehicle from tazewell motors, they provided a 90 day drivetrain warranty, they look over cars before they are sold... Very honest, easy to work with and fast at paperwork done right at the facility. We would personally recommend purchasing any vehicle from here and feel safe In our cars. We very much appreciate and trust Dave.

Tazewell Motors has been a great place to work with. If your looking for a car this is the place to go. I've bought 2 cars from tazewood motors both have been great cars, Dave is very professional gets things done the way they should be done. Cars are looked over, and he knows the history on the cars he explained the history on the 2 I bought. He also offers a 3 month warranty on drivetrain which is a peace of mind.
