Keith's Car Care

We have been looking for a great repair shop for awhile but never thought of Keith’s until we found out that they also do emissions testing. Our son had taken both of his vehicles to them for emission testing and said they really liked them.

Firstly, their oil changes include tire rotation; others don’t offer that and want to up charge for it. Also, they take pictures of items they find that need attention and consult with estimate before doing anything.

The staff is great! Had a nice conversation with the gentleman who was working the counter and it felt like a genuine conversation, not forced. That to me is huge in customer service. I didn’t feel like another oil change, but a new customer who is valued. They also have a newsletter that is mailed out and it has coupons, word search and tips about vehicle maintenance.

There is so much negative stuff about car care and finding a reputable place is crucial. I feel Keith’s is a very reputable company and I also like that they have been a staple in the Oswego community for years. I remember them being at the corner of 34/25 before the library was built.

Keith's is a great place to take your vehicle. I've been to several different places in the area and they've been the only ones to solve some difficult issues I've had with my truck. They're quick and competitively priced. I definitely recommend these guys!

We had another excellent end to end experience from scheduling to pick up. The technicians kept us updated on the status and pricing so there were no surprises nor delays. Had cooling system work done both Cooling Fan and the dual thermostats done. Dropped car off at 10am and had their courtesy van take me home and picked me up around 3 pm. Everything was done well and I recommend Keith Car Care. Friendly and Professional!

Always impressed with service and maintenance of my Jeep performed by Keith's. The car is operating wonderfully. Had tires balanced, a tuneup after 100,000 miles, back brakes changed and an inspection of engine for problems that mightimpact a long trip. All of this done in single appointment and back to me the same day. I enjoy working with the staff and always have a good experience. Have been going to Keith's for 9 years.

Keith's staff fixed my windshield wiper motor and linkage after I had screwed up the install. They didn't try to sell me new parts or upcharge on labor. They fixed what I screwed up in a timely manner and sent me on my way. I will definitely use them for any future needs and will highly recommend them. Thanks Keith and crew.

Everyone is nervous when you have to take your car to a mechanic. This place was amazing from the beginning. I was able to book online then recieved a message about possibly having my car overnight due to the time I chose but was offered the chance to bring in earlier. Customer service is the best. Geoff was absolutely fantastic and did not make me feel nervous at all. The driver that took me home (yes they have shuttle service😊)was also amazing. Not long after getting home I recieved the call about my car and they were honest and straightforward. They fixed it and I was good as new. I’m definitely going to use them again. I believe I have found my forever mechanic.

As always, Keith's has been great to work with. Had my daughter's car in for an oil change and a check-up. They found a couple of things, not emergency repairs, and we will be scheduling another trip in the near future. We have been going to Keith's for almost 40 years when our cars needed service.

We had a brake issue on my son's car over the holiday. Keith's Car Care got us in quickly, assessed the problem(s) and had us out the door the next day so my son could get back home. I really liked how they sent the quote through a link & you could choose which items to repair at that time. Will definitely bring my cars back to Keith's!

Had a lot of things done to my MDX and feared it would take 2 days. Artie reassured me if I got the car there early around 8 I could pick up at 5. Sure enough it was ready. We are driving to Florida at the end of this month. Our terrific 2014 MDX is always serviced before we go. It gives a great peace of mind to know these professionals have inspected and serviced any issues that arise and doing the necessary maintenance. Picked this place because they were closest to home. Bonus that they're also great with our vehicles! Scheduling is super easy and communication couldn't be better. Once you're on their mailing list you also get their newsletter which always has coupons for vehicle maintenance. I do most stuff myself but for the things I don't have time for or would rather not do, I trust Keith's to do it right

I know I'm repeating myself but I cannot stress enough about the great service Keith's Car Care provides. From the moment I call to make an appointment to the moment all repairs or services are done...full professionalism and courtesy from the whole staff. It's nice to know when I go to Keith's for any vehicle issue all will be correctly taken care of and I will have peace of mind. I highly recommend them and know I will never go anywhere else.

Keith and the crew have taken care of my families vehicles for years. Every time I need something they are able to get me in and resolve the issue, and explain everything that they are doing, as well as complete a comprehensive review of the vehicle. Once the repairs are complete it is great to review what was done, as well as anything that was found to be recommended for service. New or old, little or small they have taken care of everything for me. Everything from simple oil change type maintenance to a custom engine getting installed to replace a blown engine in my jeep. Great to have an honest small town repair shop that is able to take care of anything you need!
Headed back soon with some more custom work for them as well as my next round of maintenance.

Keith's Car Care has been my go-to for oil changes, to install after-market LED headlamps and fog lamps that I bought on Amazon, and most recently buffed out a light 2-foot long scratch after an oil change. The synthetic-blend oil change was a bit pricey in my opinion, but then Logan buffed out that scratch and I wasn't charged. (Maybe they don't want me mentioning that.) When I needed by headlamps adjusted, they did that for me as a courtesy, no charge.

Keith's Car Care is very professional and considerate. They do great work. I am a grateful satisfied customer.
