When I entered the store I was greeted upon entering and was sent help to my aisle immediately when Alex arrived he didn’t hesitate to get right on what I was looking for he was very patient and kind if I were able myself I would promote this man to and higher position. To say the least Alex was phenomenal! Thanks again Alex for all your help.

My husband and I purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring and were assisted by Starr any Laron in the flooring department. Both did an amazing job helping us with the selection and setting up delivery. Highly recommended!

Picked up an order for the first time. Order pickup counter was polite and receptive. Keke is awesome! She helped me load an insulation order onto my trailer. Take that Menard’s!

Greg and Pam at the Pro desk at the Bloomfield location were extremely professional and courteous and helpful in solving my problem with ordering parts for my freedom vynyl fencing, the staff at Clinton Township wernt helpful nor knowledgeable at all.

A very friendly older employee helped us out. I never caught his name but he was on a ladder at the time and still took the time to be courteous and help us. 10/10 for the old guy on a ladder!

I called to see if they had a hot water heater that I needed, the girl Shawn Tucker looked it up found it for me and was so polite and kind on the phone and when I was at the store asked for her name she came right up and hooked me up and helped me get it to my truck and help me get it loaded up it sure is nice to find someone like this anymore it is rare. Thank you, Shawn!

Love this location, everyone is very helpful and they don't rush you to make a decision on purchasing appliances.

Order pickup staff knocked it out of the park again! I didnt get names this time but about 4 or 5 guys came to help me load a large drywall order! Great guys with smiles on their faces! Thanks again!

Had to make a return trip when client finally responded about a microwave and received PROMPT and kind service from the staff in appliances! Starr is just a joy to interact with! This Lowes is awesome!

Wow, did not expect to see a Lowe’s offering free air. It came in perfect timing because earlier that morning my tire pressure was low and I was in a hurry. Two birds one stone.

I went to a curbside pickup for some retaining wall bricks. I had already started a wall but the Lowe's closest to my house was out of stock, so I reordered from a different one instead. It was clear that it was a chaotic day, due to the nice weather and seeming to be short staffed.

After waiting a while with no one coming to curbside, I went in to customer service to find out that there must have been an error with the check-in because they never got it. Then, after some time, they brought out bricks which turned out to be the wrong ones. Long story short, the first Lowe's gave me the wrong bricks and this one was correct.

Amanda, the head cashier at the Bloomfield store, went SO far above and beyond what she needed to help me out. She stayed super positive throughout what I'm sure was stressful because all throughout helping me, she had everyone asking her questions, which she answered with ease and never missed a beat. She helped me find the right bricks, load all of them onto the cart and into my truck, and worked with me on the price because I unknowingly ended up with much more expensive bricks the first time and needed these to match. Thank you to Amanda, who turned what started as a very negative experience around to be one of the best customer service experiences I've had.

This is an edit but in reference to our latest visit to Bloomfield Lowe's for blinds specifically.
The lady in Home decor,Ewanda was Soo so helpful and did an awesome job cutting the levolour blinds for us.
We will be visiting this location a lot in the next few weeks as we have purchased a new house and will be doing a lot.

We went in to buy tile. Ewanda from home decor and Starr from flooring were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were also very pleasant and patient. I would definitely recommended the flooring department at this store!

First time at this location and I'll definitely use this location more often. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially the guy and girl (wish I would of caught there names) in the garden center who stopped what they were doing and helped me out!!!

Love this store! Neat, clean, well organized, well stocked, great selection, and the employees are always curtious and helpful. My dog Gracie loves it too!

Been to alot of Lowes all across the US good place I'm just happy they don't always run from ya like they do at home Depot

I stopped by early on Friday, looking for a set of soft jaws for my bench vise. They didn't have any soft jaws, but I noticed a 6 foot stepladder on sale. Went back later in the day, after I found my Lowe's gift card, and bought the ladder. We had been looking for a ladder for my wife. The staff was very helpful.

7/3/23 Update: awesome customer service from Ann in the garden department! She is always welcoming and very helpful any and every time I am there. I would definitely recommend her if you ever need help in the garden department.

1/25/22 Update: great customer service from Andrea Peete as well. When Andrea & Pam are working, they are a power duo when it comes to customer service. They are both helpful and friendly.

There were some sales that saved me a lot of money. One of the sale prices didn't ring up so I took a picture of the sale and naturally they gave me the sale price.
