Jen helped my family and I switch to U.S Cellular and it was the best experience and service we have received. Jen made the process painless and was very helpful from understanding our bill and any other questions we had. I would highly recommend the crew down at U.S Cellular to anyone that is looking to switch to U.S Cellular.

My wife and I went on Saturday morning to update 2 phones and a tablet. Having been a business customer for over 20 years and mostly dealing with other locations, we were prepared for a long, not so fun day. Surprise! I have never in 20 years been treated so great by a UScellular representative. Taber was awesome. Rick was super busy as well and I can say he was awesome with his clients as well. When we went back to pick up our stuff the following Thursday, they were slammed busy. Still, Taber,Rick and a young lady whose name I didn't get were awesome. Whoever owns this location should appreciate these young people, they will continue to bring people to your location. 2 days later and I'm still floored by the service. Awesome job guys, thanks again. "Dad Pants" for everyone!

My wife and I recently switched carriers and I couldn’t be happier with this location. Anytime in the past when we have purchased new phones, we were just handed the phones and transferring everything over was up to us. This store actually took the time to ensure all 3 of our phones had transferred contacts, apps, etc. Great customer service.

Ashton was a great reprentative for Airtime Cellular! He was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. I usually only go to Ricky or Jenny but Ashton was superb! Linda and John have an amazing family business and I will always go to Gardiner !

I have been carrying my faithful Samsung for a couple of years now and it was getting a little unreliable so I figured it was time for a change. I went in to U.S. Cellular in Gardiner, ME and met up with Ricky and Jordan who work their. I told them I wasn't to phone savvy and tried to describe basically what I was looking for. I looked at a couple of phones and Ricky steered me away with a sincere" these phones are not going make you happy Grant". Ricky then recommended the LG G6 and I was skeptical, but he sounded like he new his business and after I told him what I was looking for he was convinced this was the phone for me. 2 weeks later WOW!!!! What a PHONE !!! So far 18 hours of battery life at 27% battery life left. Great speakers , large screen, Very pleased and great to use, its everything I wanted and more. Blows my Samsung out the water. And Jordan you were GREAT thanks for all your help and answering so patiently my 10,000 questions. Thanks again guy,

I went in before Christmas as a new customer and got a very good deal on devices I wanted with a contract that was priced lower than my previous coverage through straight talk.

If you are cell phone challenged, or not, the folks here are knowledgeable, friendly, and are willing to help. I won't buy anywhere else. It shows when you have a problem, they do everything they can. Thank you guys very much Dallas, Ricky, and Jen!
