I am very satisfied with this place!! They didnt leave me standing but maybe 10 seconds and walked the store with me to help me pick a pair of glasses that suited me, thanks u so much JANE MENAZ!! I hope i spelled that right😇😇😇

I requested an appointment online to see if i could get an eye appointment before I go out of town and the lady did check 2 different places but everything was booked up until August so I said nevermind and thanked her and she just hung up before i could finish. Glad I didn't end up going to this place anyways.

I give them less than a 1 ☹ I will never go back to this place. We have been going for well over 10 years. I paid almost 900 for my daughters contacts and glasses which is way more than other places and when I asked for cloth and cleaner she informed me that I didn’t purchase the warranty so we didn’t get that. How in the world do you spend almost 400 on a pair of glasses and can’t even get cleaning stuff included? I literally never ever complain but I am just blown away by this. I have 4 family members who wear glasses and I guess it’s time to find a new place that possible includes a cloth to clean very expensive glasses with. Also with that amount I assumed the warrenty was included 🤷‍♂ just very disappointed in a company that we have went to for many many years.

With the distance at the very of the top of the lens. They did it twice. When I ask for a refund she refused to give me all my money back. I don't have a spare pair of glasses. I believe I deserve my full refund. Being that I waited two times without any spare to wear in the meantime P.S. I never wore the glasses.

Last year I scheduled an eye exam so I could get a new set of contacts. Didn’t have any problems and received my contacts within 2 weeks. I went online to order a new set of contacts three weeks ago, placed the order and was all set. Waited 2 fulls weeks and when I still had yet to get my contacts, I called the office and asked about them. To which they informed me that my order had been cancelled because my prescription was 4 days out of date. Never got an email, a phone call, nothing to tell me my order had been cancelled. I’m now out of contacts and urgently running around, trying to get some because they couldn’t be bothered to send me an email. To say I’m annoyed would be an understatement. They could easily send out an email or not allow people to place an order if the prescription is “out of date”. Instead, I wasted 2 weeks waiting for something that was never coming.

Your ionia store has not come thru with my paid for contacts in 4 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to find they didn't know the type ordered were not available and now the new style is on back order. Guess what I'm telling everyone I know about your company? I'm filing a complaint today with BBB.

Highly toxic work environment for employees and discriminating policies. ABO Certified or not, some of the opticians don't really know their material. Bought out in the last few years and now part of a mega chain.

Spend your money somewhere else!!
