Good Neighbor

Friendly staff and excellent selection. I had to return two pairs of jeans (both gifts, purchased in slightly the wrong size) and was able to exchange them easily without any issues. I'll definitely be back!

Purchased a few of my favorite pieces of jewelry to this day and a pair of Good American jeans here- unfortunately the jeans ripped down the seam after only being worn twice so I reached to to Good Neighbor and they made it right :) Excellent customer service, quality items and brands I love. I visit here every time I come to Indy!

I bought these shoes to wear on my trip to Scotland! They were the BEST shoe purchase ever. Most comfortable and versatile. I love them!

Nice quaint store in the bottle works district

Really cute store with sustainable fashion. I saw several signs that some of their brands are B Corporations (which is not easy to get for tax purposes).

Staff was wonderful, helped with every question and were not annoying with questions or suggestions!

Asked the store person a very simple question, "Is Good Neighbor a B Corp" because one of the brand information cards they had next to product said that it was a B Corp, and she had no clue. I tried to clarify the question for her, and she said, "we only have two stores" as if that was a reason to not understand a hugely important and established certification that is recognized in the sustainability community as well as on your own information cards. Green-washing at its finest!

There are some nice products and good brands, but there is also a lot of overpriced low-quality product. I'm rating 3 for now since it just opened and is a small business, but I likely wouldn't return. I will update my rating when Bottleworks is fully open and have decided whether to check it out again.
