A specific agent, by the name of Richard Baker, was absolutely phenomenal, as he helped me, get the insurance that I needed, to get a vehicle, I had just bought, from ByRider, there in Kalamazoo, also a wonderful place, on the road and back to my independence. The whole experience was fantastic. Richard was so helpful. He answered all my questions, took care of all the paperwork that needed to be done, and he did it with a wonderful demeanor, and the most positive attitude. I called last minute on a Friday evening and was greeted kindly by Stan. I did not think I was going to get a quote for car(s) and renter insurance so promptly. I called a handful of other agencies prior to him and I was told after the New Year holiday they would get back to me (Wednesday). He immediately began to take my information like everyone else did , BUT he took the time to give me a quote at closing time and it wasn’t just one quote I needed. I did not have insurance for at least 6 months and he was aware my rates would be out of the roof anywhere else, but he still tried the best he could and gave me an affordable quote(s). On Wednesday I only had a couple other angencies call me back out of the handful I had called and their rates were way above Stan’s. Other agents wanted a lot of money down, but with Stan I did not have to put money down. All I had to do was make my first monthly payment, which I chose the month to month plan. I met with him to get my insurance Wednesday evening and he took the time to explain what policy I was getting and the discount he had put on it. I didn’t have to pry out questions from him because he explained everything so well. His staff also were very professional and friendly. I would recommend going here first before any other State Farm Agency and as well as any other insurance company.

Stan Ellis saved me from getting very bad homeowners insurance from another company. This is my first home and I almost bought homeowners insurance that would have left me with nothing if something was to happen to my new home. As far as I'm concerned, Stan Ellis is my Jake from State Farm. I recommend him to anyone who wants honest quotes and the best customer service ever.

Always friendly and very helpful every time I've called. I have had Stan Ellis State Farm as my insurance for a total of 13 years. We've checked out other companies but no one can compare to Stan! If I could give 10stars I would!!!

Great place and the people are very helpful also Stan gave me the best quotes and the lowest price that fits my budget. Unlike other State Farm they want so much but he gives you the same grate policy but cheaper then mostly which is very good for me to save more money.. I recommend to everyone

Utilized the Ellis office for a rental property that I ended up only owning short term to have a place for my mother. The cost was very affordable and they are easy to get a hold of and communicate with. Although I did not have to make any claims I enjoyed the service they provided.
