Cabinetry by Better Bilt

I am an interior designer and love working with Better Bilt Cabinetry for my kitchens and bathrooms. Andrea and Devon are incredibly knowledgeable and detail oriented, and they provide excellent service. Most importantly, the cabinets are beautiful. You can choose from many colors and door styles. I really like the accessories you can choose from, too, such as cutlery dividers, integrated spatula/knife blocks, internal trash cabinets, etc. Highly recommend!

We recently had our 60+ year old kitchen remodeled. We worked with Andrea Yeip at Cabinetry by Better Built on the design and the cabinets, countertop, sink, faucet and hardware. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The price was very competitive and Andrea was patient, professional and very knowledgeable. She was attentive to the few concerns we had and worked with us to get the kitchen we dreamed of. Everything was delivered as expected and we are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend!

Our kitchen was installed in April of 2022, so this review is long overdue. I worked in Mt. Clemens for many years and past Cabinets by Better Bilt daily, so my husband and I decided to drop in without appointment. We were pleasantly greeted and immediately shown the products that they had. That was the start of knowing we picked the right place. The owner, Andrea, is a true professional. When things weren't quite what we wanted, she immediately went to work to get what we did want. Andrea was easy to get a hold of and was knowledgeable about everything kitchen. I did some back and forth because I had the kitchen original to my house so it was hard to picture anything else. Andrea helped me make decisions and I couldn't be happier. Just over a year later, the cabinets are great and the my kitchen is beautiful. Thank you Andrea!

I would absolutely recommend this company!!! After the contractor, I originally hired to remodel my kitchen walked out without finishing the job. I was referred to Cabinetry By Better Bilt. Renee and Alex were absolutely amazing. Very patient and empathetic with my situation. I explained to them what I wanted, and they pulled it together beautifully for me. They explained the process in great detail from beginning to end and answered all of my questions. Alex professional eye really put the final touches on the design. I was so fortunate to find this company and, more specifically, Alex T, who did a fantastic job designing my new kitchen! We needed a new functional kitchen but kept the layout. The whole process was much better than we had expected. The installer Paul Carson was amazingly quick and efficient but also paid great attention to detail. Solid Surfaces Unlimited did beautiful quartz counters and backsplash and were also quick and efficient. The whole process was almost painless, and we are thrilled with our kitchen!

We were connected with Cabinetry by Better Bilt through a designer we were working with for our kitchen remodel. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Andrea was so helpful and patient, we felt totally at ease working with her. The craftsmanship of the cabinets is beyond compare. We really can't say enough good things about Cabinetry by Better Bilt and the cabinets we received. They were extremely helpful every step of the way. Andrea keeps in contact with us, months later, to make sure we are still enjoying the cabinets. On a personal note, they are also really caring people who worked around my timeline due to a medical issue. Even after several months of having the cabinets I am still in awe of the them!

Started my remodel with Andrea, she came over measured and offered some suggestions for kitchen, pantries a coffee bar..(LOVE)
Went to the showroom to choose cabinets style and colors and finish, also the counter top and flooring and backsplash! ( so FUN) oh the hardware too.. don’t forget those little jewels!
Andrea placed order, everything was delivered to my home.. I did use a in house contractor, Nick is amazing!
Clean and so efficient!
Please give CBBB a chance for your bathroom or kitchen, they even do basements and offer interior design!

A chefs kitchen.

Had a wonderful experience with all the people who worked in my kitchen. The backsplash had me worried but the gentleman who put in my backsplash in an awesome job. He knew what I wanted and he got it done. My lighting is fabulous. I couldn't have been happier with what they did to my kitchen. Not only do I have a beautiful kitchen I also have a pot filler.

This place is 100% the place to go if you are planning a kitchen, bathroom or laundry room remodel. We were interested in replacing our kitchen cabinet doors, putting in a new back splash and flooring, and tearing out some of the décor that existed when we purchased our home - specifically 10 foot Roman columns in the open concept dining room.

We called a bunch of places for quotes and ended up at Cabinetry by Better Bilt. Don't let anyone tell you you cant get a brand new kitchen that is AMAZING without doing a complete tear out because that is simply NOT TRUE. We more than cut our costs in half by keeping the cabinets and just replacing door and drawer fronts. The reason we went this route was because we had already placed the inside of most of the cabinets over the first few years living in the house with customized pullouts and we didn't want to lose that investment.

We also decided to keep the marble counter tops because we didn't hate them, but we also didn't love them. The crazy part of this whole project is this: After the project was complete, everyone who sees our kitchen thinks we put in BRAND NEW countertops because by replacing the flooring, cabinet fronts, and repainting the walls, the counter tops now look AMAZING and they are the first things everyone comments on "oh I LOVE your new countertops," (go figure)!

I cannot say enough good things about Cabinetry by Better Bilt. The costs were very competitive, and they have a great showroom. They offer super design services to help with all the decisions that go into a renovation. The customer service from the first meeting to the last was top notch. The project manager took care of every little detail. She was always prompt with follow ups and keeping the process moving smoothly. She also has access to amazing contractors who also were top notch that did the flooring and install of the new cabinet fronts. You cannot find better people than the ones she provided. We waited for nothing and on no one. Once the job was scheduled to start there were no gaps in service, no one left us hanging. I know this sounds like I'm getting paid to write this - but they don't even know I'm writing this review.

Joe, the guy that did the demo work, laid the foundation for new floors and did the work to lay the floors and back splash was awesome. He is also super connected in the contracting world and was able to help us connect up with a great electrician as well. These people are the only people that will ever work on my home again. Same with Paul, the guy that installed the new cabinet doors and drawer fronts. He is a cabinet maker by trade and whipped up anything that was needed in our garage or over night the next day to complete the retro fit to the old cabinets.

Just wow. Every time we walk into our kitchen we feel such a sense of peace, joy and satisfaction. We will be doing another remodel in the Spring in our Master Bath and I can't wait to get started! I've posted the pictures below so you can appreciate the beautiful work done here. And one last note - the owner of Cabinetry by Better Bilt is also an amazing person. She was like the whip cream on top of an already perfectly crafted coffee drink. Anytime I went to the showroom for a visit she was there checking in on things, and always offering assistance. This is a family business and I cannot think of a better place to spend my hard earned dollars when I need work done than by supporting Cabinetry by Better Bilt! It is hard to still find the businesses built on integrity, grit and customer service these days. I feel grateful to have found them.

They did our kitchen remodeling first several years ago (great job!), and just recently completed our bathroon - did all the planning, totally gutted the space, and installed everything. Love it ! I just remodeled my bathroom and when I was starting the process one of my appointments was with Cabinetry by Better Bilt. I was thrilled when I walked into their showroom because they had full rooms on display. Not only cabinets but they had floor tile samples, cabinet handles, granite & quartz counter tops & shower tile. When I found out I could order all of these items through them and not have to run all over town, I was extremely happy plus they would come out and measure and line everything up. I couldn't find a vanity that was exactly what I envisioned, so I was able to get one built to my specifications through them. They even built mirrors to match my vanity along with a cabinet for over the toilet. I already had a contractor to do the work, but having CBBB make sure everything I ordered was delivered when I needed it and that everything was scheduled through them, took a huge weight off of my shoulders. They even connected me with a rep at a plumbing store so I could pick out those items and then I was also able to order them through CBBB. Everything was custom and perfect. When my cabinets were installed they lined up the counter top installation and had it done right away. I love how everything came together and 90% of everything I needed, I purchased through CBBB. It was the largest renovation I've done and they made it so much easier. I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out and when I'm ready to renovate my kitchen, I'll be back!

I worked with Devin on my kitchen remodel and I could not be happier with the results. Devin drew up a couple of different design options and worked closely with me to make sure that the design would answer all of my concerns. She answered so many questions for me during the design process, helped me pick out flooring and backsplash tiles to go with my cabinet selection, and was a constant source of information. My kitchen is amazing and it is thanks in large part of Devin's design and attention to detail. I would recommend Devin and Better Bilt to anyone doing a remodel.

My husband and I worked closely with Andrea in designing our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Andrea was extremely helpful, flexible, full of suggestions and creative ideas. When choosing the color for our cabinets, we couldn’t decide on the exact shade to match our existing floors, so Andrea helped us choose a custom color. You can’t find that at your big box stores. The solid wood cabinetry was custom and is striking to see - cabinets have soft close doors and drawers. We decided on stained walnut accents and custom painted cabinets. The entire process was seamless. We would definitely use Cabinets by Better Bilt in the future!

We had passed by CBBB numerous times and finally we decided to stop in. Well that was the best decision we ever made. We had a few DIY bathroom projects we were working on, but needed a custom cabinet. Devon greeted us as we walked into the showroom, and what a beautiful showroom it was! Devon helped us out coming to our home and measuring for the cabinets, and paired us with Paul to hang the cabinets for us.
Fast forward to 2022 when we went to see Devon for a full remodel. We were tired of our small kitchen and wanted to open it up and have some more space for entertaining. Well one thing led to another, and we ended up remodeling our kitchen, family room, powder room, laundry room and bathroom. I thought for sure that it would take forever to make decisions on all the cabinets and finishes. Devon put together samples for us and let me tell you, it was easy to make those decisions, she has an eye for design. We are so happy with all of the colors, tile, countertops, fireplace stone and more I could go on and on!!
CBBB is a full service design company. I had no clue on what to pick out for a dining room table, family room furniture, blinds, island chairs, which they designed the biggest island for us!! We love it!! We are so happy with all of the choices that Devon helped us with.
We are so happy how everything turned out. Having family get togethers is so much fun now!!

Andrea and Alex are amazing. The cabinets are absolutely beautiful. I'm not going to say the price is reasonable but you do get what you pay for so no regret spending extra for a quality product. Did have a couple of issues and they resolved them immediately at no extra cost. They stand behind their products and I would absolutely use them again if the need arises.

My finished master bathroom is beautiful. The tile quality and installation makes it spa-like. Andrea was a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge and courtesy made the project easier for me. Her contractor, Peter, answered all my questions and did top notch work. I was blessed to work with both of them!

We had our bathroom countertops and sinks replaced and I couldn't be happier with the results. Andrea did an awesome job helping me choose the perfect countertops for our space! Highly recommend!

Honestly, the best service and best designers in the area! They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy!

First off I would like to say that cabinetry by Better Bilt was a great company to work with! Andrea in particular was our project manager and the owner. she was very accommodating and super nice and made suggestions along the way. With the pandemic it was a extremely long process and a bit challenging to be able to get our kitchen done. At this point we still have a few things to do ... painting, lighting, baseboards, filling in small holes etc. the kitchen portion Andrea did work on is done though and we love it. We couldn't be happier with how the project came to life. We did see a few hiccups along the way and Andrea was more than accommodating to help us solve all of the issues . CBB was really great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. I can't wait to see what the end of the project will look like once the painter will be able to come and finish!

Myself and my client had a wonderful experience with Better Bilt and their entire team from design to install and all the processes in between. When an issue occurred they made sure there was a fair solution and that the client was happy. Would highly recommend!
