Gopher Sewer and Drain

My house has an abnormal sewer clean out access. I had 3 other companies come out and refuse the job. After an initial miscommunication the owner Pedro promptly contacted me, resolved the situation and sent someone who was able to clear my main line. Joe was able to complete my job on site and did a great job despite the less than ideal conditions.

Pedro and his team are the best you can find in the twin city area. Kudos to Jeff and Eduardo! They are on the spot when you call whatever the weather and do a top notch job. They will explain what they did and what has to be done so you easily understand. They've come to my house and houses of my clients and always do great work! Gopher Sewer and Drain are the best!

I called Gopher Sewer and Drain because my basement floor drain was backed up. Jeff and Kevin arrived late on a Friday after a heavy day of work. They were awesome! They diagnosed where the blockage was (not the main line where I thought it was). Jeff also found where my main line clean out was - under carpeting and mortared over! I didn't know that was there! We didn't need that this time and they cleared out my plugged line with a hydrojet. Price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

We love this company and we have become clients for life! We tried to DIY seal our clean out cap last night and unfortunately the disc fell into our pipes. We called Pedro (the owner) right away and he was able to get someone out the following day. Jeff was a pleasure to work and explained everything before he was going to do it. He went through the different options with me and estimated costs for each one. He was also able to pinpoint and fix where the lingering sewage smell was coming from in our basement! You won’t go wrong hiring these guys!

Such and honest and good company. I had a kitchen sink drain completely plugged and Eduardo was able to get the job done within 20 minutes. Great experience, will use them from now on.

My husband and I woke up this morning to sewage backing up through our basement toilet, bathtub, laundry sink and floor drain.

After looking at reviews for a couple of sewer and drain companies, we decided to go with Gopher. The owner, Pedro, took my call and told us someone would be out within the hour. Sure enough, 30 minutes later, Jeff showed up.

We took a look around the basement for the main line and he gave us two options. Tap into the line in our guest bedroom downstairs and potentially risk leakage in that room or dig through the access point in our floor which was buried in sand. We grabbed our shovel and started digging.

He told us prices up front for every step of the process, and at no point did he ever try to lead us in one direction over another. He simply laid out the facts and told us our options.

For example, Jeff could have cleared out our clogged laundry sink, toilet and bathtub, but each item he had to unclog was an extra cost.

So Jeff gave us the option to clear the clogged drains ourselves while he worked on the main line.

Though it meant getting our own hands dirty, it saved us money by doing it ourselves, and Jeff walked us through what we needed to do without any issues.

Let me be clear, Jeff never expected us to do anything except show him where to work, and he knows that not every client has the time, constitution or physical ability to help out.

Again, he simply gave us the options and the costs and we chose to step in.

What we thought might be a multiple day issue and thousands of dollars worth of work, Jeff fixed in an hour, with the total process costing us less than $250 (with 10% military discount)

Jeff also said he warrantees his work for up to 3 months, so if any issues come up within that time frame, we can call him up and he'll come check it out.

My husband says that Jeff made the process 1000 times easier and less stressful.

10/10 - 5 stars 🌟 we will be calling Gopher for any and all other sewage and drainage issues we may have in the future.

Jeff did a good job cleaning out our backed up drain, clearing out the roots that pry their way into the drain pipes. Have used Gopher three times now with good results. Our experience is they are quite a bit cheaper than the big name brand outfit.

I had an amazing experience with Gopher sewer and drain. I had the main drain line clogged in our grocery store, i called gopher sewer and they stopped by within 30min. Joe, Frankie, Edwin fixed my broken sewer pipe for the toilet in my basement with very little damage to the tile floor and the bonus was that got it done in 2 hours and came in significantly less than the estimate. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We've tried a couple of the local plumbing companies and had mostly bad results, one company pulled onto our street but didn't stop because they said it was too snowy. Once we landed on Gopher, they've been consistent and great to work with. Jeff was very helpful, thorough and knocked a surprising amount of items off our to do list. We will definitely stick with Gopher going forward.

I've been using Gopher Sewer and Drain for a few years now. We have a few old growth trees that are always clogging our mainline. I have gopher come out yearly to clean the line. This year mother nature won and I had a backup. Not too big of a deal as my basement is in finished but not how I wanted to start the day. While I've always had a good experience with the service technician from gopher. The experience with Jeff today was absolutely top notch. He was quick, clean, professional, knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. While I plan to continue to use Gopher for my preventive maintenance in the future I'll be asking for Jeff by name If I can.
