What a great guy, Jimmy. I'm happy to fix my car all the time in Jimmy's Love Bug service.

I had an oil leak so I came in to Jimmy's Love Bug Services to get it fixed - they had me in and out within an hour - super quick service and great price! They were so easy and great to work with - highly recommended!

I was a little guarded when I first went in because I’ve never dealt with a car mechanic before that hadn’t talked down to me. However, by the time I left I felt extremely comfortable interacting with the staff as they treated me great. Every time I walked in it was only a few seconds until someone was able to talk me. Doug immediately knew who I was each time and they treated me more than fair throughout the whole interaction. I am so glad I went to Jimmy’s. They called to update me throughout the price and made everything really easy. I’m easily a return customer at Jimmy’s! Thank you for everything! ❤

I just bought my first car from Jimmy's Love Bug and was so impressed by their service. They were very honest, sincere, and helpful throughout the whole process, I definitely feel like I can trust them. They helped me get the car I wanted without being pushy or manipulative at all. They're definitely all about the customer and not blinded by making money. I even got a text later that same day with well wishes and thanking me for my business. I would buy every car for the rest of my life from them if I could.

I became a recent widow and bought my first car by myself in a really long time. Jimmy and his wife are over and above what the standard for a car salesman is. They are more like family. Jimmy was excellent while showing me cars, explaining them and telling me about service.(Which they do on site also) The paperwork was handled by his wife and she helped me with financing and just really knowing what I signed.

If you own a German car and don't want to spend a bajillion dollars getting it fixed, head on over to Jimmy's! These guys are super knowledgeable, which translates into faster work, better quality, and lower prices than the competition! My only regret is that I wasn't recommended to Jimmy's until after I had an absolute nightmare of an experience with another mechanic.
Jimmy's has won over all of my business for as long as I own a VW.

I had a wonderful experience with them. They are a family-run retailer, and they were very upfront, straight-forward, and honest with me. I never felt any weird pressure from them. Yes, they wanted me to buy a car (obviously), but they were always polite and never pushy. They gave me a really great deal on a Volkswagen Jetta TDI. I told them my budgeted monthly price and they came down on the price of the care in order to match what I had budgeted for. Overall, I am very glad I chose to go here.

Don't have anything negative to say about our experience. Jimmy and Suzie were fabulous and made our car buying experience stress free, the way it should be! Would recommend them to anyone searching out a solid German made car.

Doug is my favorite! He is kind, helpful and always gets me back on the road. As a family we service 4 of our cars here. A Volkswagen, a Porsche and two Audis. Service is always remarkable!

I recently bought a VW from Jimmy's Love Bug. They were friendly and I did not feel at all pressured with the purchased. They gave me a great price on my vehicle which drives like a dream. I will definitely purchase my German autos from them in the future.

I completely recommend Jimmy's love bug for car buying (I suspect the maintenance service is also good, but I haven't had experience with that yet). The main things I liked about Jimmy's is he was very honest with the condition and history of the car and had given it a through look over before putting it up for sale. I also felt no pressure, and they have no dealership fees or any of the other song and dance I experienced at other retailers such as strong VW in downtown SLC.

If you are looking for a VW or other German made car, I highly recommend giving Jimmy's a visit.

Jimmy's is my go to shop for my Jetta. They've always taken great care of me and have really fair prices. Whenever I go in they make sure to give me a solid quote and explain what needs to be done.

Awesome shop for all german vehicles. We had an airbag light on because the battery had died and tripped the system. They reset it in about 2 minutes for FREE! :) I will definitely go back. Prices are also WAY cheaper than Audi in Orem and they are much more honest.

We have bought 2 cars and recommend a friend buy one from Jimmy's . I would never buy from anywhere else. Always honest and fair!! Don't even bother looking for a VW or Audi anywhere else.
