My husband and I just traded in our much-loved Ram 2500–not an easy decision but a sensible one, given that we had decided to sell our camper—and we weren’t sure what to buy to replace it. After visiting four different dealerships and looking at other full-size trucks, we opted for the Ram 1500 with Hurricane engine. Fantastic ride! Aside from loving the truck, we really appreciated the personal attention and interest shown by every single person at Crown in regard to our particular needs. This will be our 3rd Ram truck, and we’re happy to stay with Crown. It would be hard to find a dealership that offered a better customer experience.

Rob Giacalone has been my go to person at Crown Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I have leased my 3rd vehicle from him and each time he has been great. The service from beginning to end is excellent. I can’t see myself ever going away from Jeep or working with this dealership!

The service advisor Katie was awesome! My Jeep overheated due to a water pump recall prior to a holiday weekend. We had already planned to take the kids out of town for the holiday weekend but our water pump leaked and overheated. I called multiple Jeep dealerships around town and found Katie at Crown Motors in Holland who was very responsive. Katie was able to get my Jeep service within a day! I didn’t have to tell my kids the bad news that our holiday trip would have to be cancelled, considering other Jeep dealerships said they were busy and couldn’t offer an appointment for at least a week out. The first time I walked into Crown Jeep I saw the “car of my dreams” and Jerry worked extremely hard to make that purchase happen. A few years later, I found my new “car of my dreams” 🤣 and again, Jerry made it happen. They work very hard to get you into the car you want and it’s very seamless and quick. I bought a car from Crown Motors in July from Josh. The overall experience was great and Josh was very respectful, honest, and trustworthy. Working with him made my overall car buying experience less stressful and I felt more at ease in trying to make decisions in regards to my purchase. He was not pushy, and I greatly appreciated it. I didn't finance through their office, and instead went through my own credit union, so I can't speak to that end of their office.

Best buying experience of a used car ever , thanks to Dom our salesperson and Rob in finance. They held the vehicle for me almost 8 days because I was out of town because of work. There were some safety issues with the vehicle and they fixed it and one issue even after I bought it that they gladly fixed. You want to be treated fairly and like family , go see Dom and Rob ...... oh and they have a specialty coffee bar there and Dom always treated my wife to a free specialty coffee .
