Stay was great. Our truck was refusing to start in the cold. Sam went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were taken care of. Sam was a perfect representative of the hospitality industry. He deserves a raise.

Stayed with an Aunt after a concert. Stayed for only one night, but easily could have stayed more. The room was fantastic! Large kitchen, including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, & garbage disposal! Didn't see any knives in the kitchen, but they had almost all other dishes. The bathroom vanity had two drawers in it and the shower had large containers for shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel!
Didn't see any room options for two beds, but the couch pulled out and was ok. Room had a curtain to separate the two sleeping areas. Breakfast was decent. The toaster was broken so no toast or bagel. Enjoyed an egg sandwich. They also had fruit, juices, yogurt, cereal, etc. Was surprised to see they even had almond milk available in the milk cooler!
The only down side is it seemed like every time we walked on the non carpeted floors they were slippery! We almost biffed it a few times! Be careful!

This was a great place to enjoy and stay. Very clean and nice people. Great atmosphere.

The hotel rooms are very modern and clean. I felt like some people didn't want to be there. It was the perfect location for my business destination.

Friendly staff, very clean room, comfy bed, no issues at all and pet friendly. very glad i stayed here and not my original plan of going to a motel 6, which is complete trash. we even got free breakfast :)

Your hotel and everything is very nice and clean. Location really isn't near anything other than the target headquarters so if that's helpful then it's a good location but for anything else it's not great.

Solid hotel for the prices. The amenities are great (gym) and clean. The rooms are big enough to not feel cramped but aren’t too large. The front desk staff was nice too! Overall a nice stay for a work trip.

I stayed here for nearly 2 months and had a great experience. I never had a problem with noise, or anything in the room. The room's are pretty new and it's awesome that there is a dishwasher and large refrigerator/freezer. Whenever I had a question for the front desk, they would always answer my question in a professional manner.

Highly recommend this place! It’s not too far from the city, and it’s right along the highway. Our room was nice and spacious, the bathroom was very nice and very clean, and it was very nice and convenient to have the kitchen. The nightly rate for our stay was also great! I would most definitely stay here again!

The excellent care shows in every detail including the salt water pool availability beginning from 6am until 10pm. On especially busy working days I used the pool facility early mornings and late nights to be refreshed for the next days work. Rooms were clean, a range of breakfast to go bags were available. Great to have a sink, dishes, and utensils in room along with a dishwasher, microwave and fridge for cooking and juicing during the Pandemic.

Beautiful rooms and comfortable bed with room darkening curtains made it too easy to sleep in late. Love the shower too! Great service from Chris at front desk. Will definitely stay here again!

This is an update on a previous review. We had a great room with a beautiful and more than adequately stocked kitchenette. We were only in town one night, but this would be THE place to stay if you have extended plans.
I had an issue with a hotel employee after she stated that she would check my room for electronics l left. Another employee found it later and actually emailed me. I recieved my wireless earbud in the mail today and am very happy.
I firmly believe in honesty and integrity in service for me as a customer as well as in my own business. Never say you will do something unless you are willing to follow through. If you are not able to help with a problem, it's ok to say so, or at least give a lower expectation.

We worked with Sharice at the front desk and she was so accommodating! I was a little stressed traveling with kids and she immediately put me at ease, helped me switch rooms to one that fit our needs better, and was in general just incredibly professional and polite. Someone give this woman a raise!!

Great place to stay. Housekeeping could do a little bit better as there were a few instances of stuff that could have been cleaned up prior to me checking into the room, but overall a pretty clean place to stay at.

Hands down the "BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE" I've ever experienced at a hotel. MOHAMED IS THE MAN! This gentleman was friendly, conversational, excited for me to be there, and you can tell he really just loves caring for others. Our A/C wasn't working in our first room, he offered to come up and knew exactly the problem ... user error, lol yeah but the guy at the front desk is offering to come all the way up? He also had recommended some well established places to eat after learning I wasnt from the area. Thank you so much Sir! You made my stay and Ill definitely be recommending this place to all of my employees that come through Brooklyn Park. Looking forward to Continental Breakfast already, which he was also helping prep for tomorrow morning! Great Employee and excited for his future!

Orbitz that my husband booked through had messed up our reservations and it took them 90 minutes for then to not help us but Ramel at the front desk was so WONDERFUL she went above and beyond for the both of us and had so much patience on helping us with the situation. She is a true profession and we could tell how much she wanted to help. She even gave us a small discount! Thank you so much Ramel! You deserve all that you want and need! God bless you! Love this brand of hotels! I'm here for personal travel, but will pick this brand when traveling for business in future. Prefect space for a longer stay with mini kitchen, dishes, sitting area, and well thought out usage of space. Comfortable, cute, and practical!

The hotel was located, for us, in a very convenient location. We were house hunting and it was only 15 minutes from our final home purchase location, and 15 minutes from our family in Maple Grove. Shopping, groceries, gasoline for the car and a car wash, are all within minutes. It's a very good location. There is also a Hampton Inn adjacent to this property.

The room was very comfortable and the layout made it easy to relax and get some work done. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
