My husband and I have really enjoyed going here, especially lately since it’s so cold. All the girls here are so friendly and helpful. Love it and it’s such a nice “pick me up” during the winter. They are always spotless!

Love getting my airbrush sprays done by Cass! She always does an amazing job and makes me feel comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend getting an airbrush for the perfect glow.

I had an airbrush spray tan with Cassidy and she was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and the tan not only looked great but lasted 2 weeks! I highly recommend her and this Chili Pepper's location.

Have a bad back? This place has a mattress high pressure. Staff are amazing. Beds are super clean. Burned out bulbs get replaced fast. Tons of beds to choose from. Best tanning salon for miles. Definitely recommended. This has been my go to salon for a year and a half.

I loved getting airbrushed by cass. She was so helpful in explaining how everything worked. And it turned out amazing! 10/10 recommending to family and friends!!

Jenna was just wondering! I used to go there when it was tropical tan and I wanted to get a package and missed the 25% off while she went out of the way to call the manager and got me the 50% off and I got the ultimate package beds are great always hot and I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than five minutes for a bed all the girls are polite and always greet me I’m 62 years old and I have been tanning for a lot of years and I’ve used many different tanning companies and when I found tropical tan a.k.a. now Chili Peppers I was hooked did not use your services for a few years due to multiple surgeries but I’m back thank you for everything you should absolutely reward your girls especially Jenna

Cass is the best spray tan artist I’ve ever been to. She makes you feel so comfortable, and the color is always phenomenal!!

I’ve used this place every year since I’ve moved to Richmond and there’s no way I would go anywhere else. Always fast and super friendly girls working here. I’ve not been here in a couple yrs due to medical issues but I’m definitely going to start tanning again today!!

Place is relaxing they have newer beds that work great and the staff is very nice

I’ve never had a problem here. The girls are nice and they always have a bed open. The beds work really well for my level 3.

Best tanner around! I've been a customer a long time! Missed going during covid. Finally went back and ty Jesus they did not raise their prices! I go in winter as well as ' in summer but, because of covid I had not gone in over a year.
