I have been with Sprint for almost 20 years and I have never had such great customer service. If I were running a store, these ladies would be first on my list to hire!. Great job!!!!!

I was with AT&T for over 10 years. The plan was in my Father in Laws name but my husband and I always paid the bill. When he passed away earlier this year I had the plan switched into my name, it all went downhill from there. AT&T does not have any loyalty to their customers so I decided to look into different carriers. I stopped into this T Mobile location and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Blake. He helped me figure out a plan that consisted on 4 lines which was cheaper than 2 lines thru the other company. When we can across problems because of AT&T he actually stayed extra hours to figure it all out for me. These people actually care about their customers and I'm glad that I decided to go with T Mobile. 10 Stars in my book!! Thank you Blake!

Best Sprint location in West Michigan. If you are a Sprint customer or want to learn more about Sprint, come to this location. This is not the closest location to my home but I will drive here every time. I've heard many stories from family and friends that couldn't get what they needed or that the sprint rep couldn't "figure it out". I stopped by this week with a complicated request and Desseray knew just what to do. She walked me through my options and helped me figure out what was best. Frankie and Luiz are also great and they all worked as a team to help get my account sorted out. They also were very patient and helpful answering questions about the different phone options.

We have never been happy with the service at this location... Not friendly at all.... THEN I can across Chris! Very knowledgeable and friendly! Took the extra time to help us fix and figure out our problems.. Not once did he act annoyed with us!! Thanks for all your help and taking the time to show us some safety options!!!

Moddi and Deserae are absolutely the best! I’m simply not smart when it comes to phones/internet service/etc... and they are both so patient with me. They are always smiling and helpful and answer my million questions without ever making me feel like I’m being a pain. I have never had customer service like this from a cell phone carrier EVER. And I’ve been with Verizon, t-mobile, and AT&T. I definitely refer my friends and family specifically to THIS store because of these two ladies. They are awesome. Thanks so much!

I would like to say that this store was very helpful and put me into the phone that was right for me a novice. If I didn't know how to do something and went into the store and got immediate help.
