Breast cancer specialty store. Kelly was very sweet and personable. She shared relevant information regarding their product lines and insurance benefits. A very empathetic soul. This boutique is a true find!

Although I wish no women needed a store like this, since so many of us do, it is great to have this gem. The staff are professional, compassionate and fun. They know the insurance rules and totally take care of that, which is a huge help and relief. I actually look forward to my visits there, knowing I'll leave with a smile ( and clothes! I can't escape without buying from their wonderful selection of beautiful, reasonably priced clothing and jewelry.) UIA provides a much needed service.

I am so happy that I could walk in and get everything I needed prior to my surgery! Thank you so much for all the help! Measuring to be sure I had the correct size garments! So kind, showed compassion and understanding for what I was facing!! I absolutely love the remodel!! The last time I was there it was 2005. They are very good at what they do!! 🩷

Great staff that is very knowledgeable and so helpful! They are able to help determine if insurance coverage is available and what that coverage is. Being able to try on multiple styles in store is great and staff is able to provide lifts and inserts to even out asymmetries. What an amazing option for post- surgical and post- mastectomy needs.

I arrived a half hour early, but Kimberly assured me that it was no problem, and she was available to help me. She explained insurance coverage and costs, measured me and listened to my bra criteria. Fit and comfort were at the top of my list. So, she began to bring in bras for me to examine and try on. She was patient and knowledgeable. I left the store with the bras I needed AND an impulse purchase of a cute new outfit for an upcoming party. I would recommend Underneath It All to everyone.

The ladies serving at Underneath It All are caring and so very sensitive to the needs, feelings and emotions that surround a woman who has gone through a mastectomy. Every time I have come to this store I have felt supported and encouraged! Thank you!!!

Amazing experience - the team was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The selection was great. The process was much quicker than other places I’ve visited. And the best part is that it’s decorated like a store/boutique, not a medical office. When you visit medical offices 3x+ a week, it’s nice to go to a place that feels “normal” (and has cute clothes, jewelry and gifts to check out!). Highly recommend!

I was initially apprehensive as I had no idea what to expect. But Sandra was great she was informative, patient and friendly. I left with great confidence because the care and attention I received while there. Thanks to the ladies they gave me peace of mind.

The staff I worked with were excellent. They listened, addressed my needs and I walked out of the store feeling like a woman again! Highly recommend.

I was a little nervous going in, but Sandra put me at ease and I felt very comfortable right away. She was very helpful in explaining how the bra should fit and what I would need after surgery and down the road. I will go back!

When you're going through something you never dreamed you'd endure, you need kind, compassionate people who take their time to let you feel seen, valued, and cared for. I felt all those things with the staff at Underneath It All and can't thank them enough for guiding and helping me through my health situation. Thanks to people like them, I am feeling increasingly less lost and hopeless and a lot more prepared and optimistic.

The staff was very friendly and helpful I arrived early for my appointment and they helped me as soon as they could I was in and out in 30 minutes and was very satisfied.

I took my mom to Underneath it All for a proper fitting bra and was very pleased with the warm, knowledgeable, and thoughtful service that was provided. I would highly recommend this boutique-especially if you have difficulty finding a good fitting bra at mainstream department stores. Their prices were very reasonable and the service was stellar. I was happy to know that mom was being professionally fitted by a former nurse that could recognize her specific concerns as a breast cancer survivor with osteoporosis. Their store is conveniently located and easy to find. We will definitely be back.

This business knows what customer service is all about. Not only are they specialists at fitting you, they also handle all the paperwork for your medicare claims. Carry first class products. My daughters fortunately have not had breast cancer but are hard to fit for a comfortable bra. They love this place. Taking my Granddaughter there on Saturday to introduce her to their product and service. I am sure it will be a win-win.
