Nicole was fantastic and very thorough, I have never had such a complete hearing test. I would highly recommend Dynamic Hearing to anyone that is either new to hard of hearing or is an existing hearing aid wearer.

This is my my second annual visit to Dynamic Hearing Care. I have received nothing but professional service in their office in Gaylord, overseen by Nicole R. she is he best Hearing Instrument Specialist ever, and I have had many... She was thoughtful and professional. Quite impressed

Nicole helped me get my hearing aides and she was excellent. I had wax in my ear so she said she couldn’t perform a hearing test until they were washed out.

She explained every step along the way, and was very efficient at tuning/ adjusting the aides making it a smooth transition.

She set up my I phone and showed me how to use the app.

Overall she did and excellent job.

My family and I were traveling to ND because my husbands father was passing away. The dome of my hearing aid got stuck in my ear. The Gaylord location quickly got me in and was able to remove it from my ear. I am so grateful for the kindness!

Most comprehensive hearing test I have had in the 3 I have to date. I appreciated the advice to make sure to protect my hearing from increased loss. Look forward to using my new devices.

My husband has been going to Dynamic Hearing in Traverse City for about 3 years and he thinks Nicole Rogers is the BEST. She is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, accurate, and very helpful. Sadly, we have been to other providers in the past that failed to meet the grade. Nicole, needs to give them all lessons on how to do it right.

I am a musician "drummer to be exact" after 45 years of playing live, Drum Corp and marching band, my high frequencies were gone. I was the husband who said WHAT all the time! After hearing a radio show on WTCM AM I went in for an exam. The exam proved my dilemma, no high frequencies left which meant I could not hear birds or any conversations with my wife!
