Ocean Sushi

Went to Ocean for a pre-Christmas Eve Seven Fishes dinner over the weekend, It was absolutely fabulous! Both the sushi and sashimi were superbly fresh and presented beautifully. Service was efficient and pleasant, despite having a full house and plenty of takeout orders being prepared and going out the door. We hadn't been to Ocean in a very, very long time but the owner and waitstaff still remembered us and greeted us warmly. Definitely worth the trip from the north end of the island, and definitely be back. Many thanks to the team at Ocean for another delicious and memorable night!

We always go to Ocean Sushi, it’s Delicious and always Fresh Fish! We went into the restaurant and asked if we can use a very old Gift Card and to our surprise they said yes. We were so Happy. They are the Absolute Best Sushi restaurant and all the people are so nice. They are very Cheerful! Thank you Ocean Sushi ❤

Aside from lunch specials, Ocean can get pretty pricey. That being said, their sushi is always worth it. I’ve never been disappointed; fish is always fresh, and deliveries are fairly quick. This is the best place for sushi on the south shore.

Met a friend for lunch by his house and told me to lets go for sushi to this place. Walked in and was greeted we sat down and first thing that i noticed was on the tables were real chopsticks i liked that once the food came out and tasted it was 100% great taste and fresh definitely will come back here great staff fast service and very clean thank u.

A gem in Annadale! Quality of fish is very good and presentation was innovative and excellent. Staff was also very attentive. We had the sashimi deluxe and sushi deluxe.

Has to be the freshest sushi on the island. The people are great, the food was incredible. Went twice in 3 days highly recommended a try.

Moving out to NJ, the only thing I miss about Staten Island besides my family is Michelle and Ocean Sushi. I still order to go if Im passing through or sit down if i have time to spend.
The sushi is always fresh and they bring in "exotics" for specials so you can pick other options besides tuna and salmon.
The Uni (sea urchin) was so fresh that you have to fish them out from the sea to have any better. The tuna and fatty tuna were great. And the rolls are also very good.
All the fish was fresh and tasty. My Salmon Skin Roll was bursting with crisp strips of salmon skin and the spicy tuna HR was flavorful and packed.
The service is always friendly at this neighborhood sushi spot. They are welcoming and attentive.
You'll never go wrong here.

By far the best takeout sushi on the south shore, possibly the whole island. I actually prefer ocean over some of the more high class sushi joints on the island. Dining in with them is a great experience also, top notch service with great authentic Japanese beers & Saki. They have my business for life!

They have great lunch special options, always quality. Even followed online special instruction to the tee.

I just ordered for delivery as I always order from Ocean because the food is consistently fresh and never disappoints. The service when ordering over the phone is always top notch.. This time my boyfriend went to the door to pay upon arrival and the change was not figured out properly on account of both parties. When the driver realized the mistake he called to make me aware that I may have possibly overtipped him and to inquire if we wanted our money back. Of course I thanked him for his honestly and let him keep it. Just another confirmation of why we always choose Ocean!

Always a pleasure. I worked here a few years ago and it's always nice to visit. The price reflects the quality, I know for a fact their fish is top notch. They only settle for the best they can get, otherwise they don't offer it. Yes it's a bit more expensive than other competition but worth it.
