Caribou Coffee

Adam & his team are wonderful!!! I messed up my “order ahead” order & accidentally selected the wrong location. Instead of making me drive to that other location, Adam offered to make the drinks I ordered. All they asked is that I call I the location I accidentally ordered from, & let them know that I won’t be coming for those drinks. Honestly so great. Their location & staff is a 11/10. Thank you for being so kind & accommodating, when I was the one who messed up!!

The people at this one are so nice. A few months ago, I was having a really hard day & I think they saw me crying in the drive thru camera, because they told me I had a free drink when I KNOW I didn't have enough points for that -- they must've covered my cost. It was so sweet.

I have never been to this Caribou, and Zach remembered me both days I was in there. I very rarely get coffee at a place of business and I would not hesitate to go back here. It's just a long drive to there from North Dakota.

The staff is always very pleasant, helpful and quick. It can be a bit noisy but what do you expect is a coffee shop with blenders, steaming of moo juice, and grinding of beans. I could not dock a star just for that maybe a half if available. Overall one of the better Caribou Coffee locations.

They just updated the interior and it is awesome. The staff are friendly and the coffee is what you’d expect.

First time ever to a Caribou. Loved it. Great tastes and great friendly team working hard.

This caribou is THE BOMB! Most mornings I go to the drive threw around 9 am and it’s a huge line but never takes me more than 7 minutes to get my coffee. The women with the pink hair is awesome too, my order is always correct and delish.

Caribou Coffee is my favorite coffee house! I love there new cold press drinks! I'm stuck on the peanut butter white chocolate it's so good and I love that it's not over sweet. I had gotten the recommendation from one of the employees to try this drink on a different visit when I said I wanted a drink that wasn't over sweet and this was perfect so this is now my go to drink. If you haven't tried this try one today! So refreshing on a hot day!

There was a bit of a long line. However, the workers must have been in overdrive because it went very fast. They made sure to repeat back to me my order to confirm it's correct.

Coffee is always great and staff are very friendly. Sarah always goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and treats you like you are appreciated!

I have always enjoyed this place. From the free wi-fi to the new wave music, and the cozy fire place. The smell of the fresh ground coffee, the custom holiday or special occasion cards. A relaxing place that my daughter and I enjoy together. I love this place.

The gal at the window was super friendly and suggested the BlackBerry nitrous coldbrew, its delicious! She also offered my dog a pupperchino, some whipped cream, my dog loved it. Dope experience, thought I'd share.

Ari is the most amazing person at the drive through window! I go out of my way to come to this caribou in the morning for the smiles and amazing personality!
