My experience with Bailey Dental Group has been great! From the beginning Dr.Tess Finley and her assistant Amanda have treated me for several different procedures! Including dental cosmetic needs! These ladies are personable, attentive, caring, and very GOOD with teeth! I highly recommend Bailey Dental Group... and PLUS they always have the perfect "dental" music playing! Today was my first day at this practice. As a new patient, you’re never truly certain what to expect, aside from the usual paperwork and general questions.

Yet, I was taken back by how cordial, patient, and lively the staff was with me.

From sitting down in the waiting room, to being led back and worked up. The entire process was much MUCH more welcoming than I was planning, or even anticipating.

The staff at Bailey’s Dental Group floored me as a patient.

Overall VERY positive experience. No pain. No aching. Was well informed and all concerns addressed.

This is the sort of practice you’d absolutely want to trust your oral hygiene with.

Bailey Dental Group is the best of the best. The receptionist were so courteous. Kim, my hygienist, was so professional doing an awesome cleaning. Dr Bailey herself always comes in and does a thorough check. So friendly and the whole scene made me comfortable with great background music. The girls offered any comfort aid you need to have the most pleasant visit.

I have been going to Bailey Dental in Richmond, Michigan for several years. Staff are super wonderful! Cleaning technicians are very good! Pleasant also. Dr Bailey is so great! Extremely knowledgeable and does not hurt me during any of my dental procedures. Highly recommend this dental office.

I like that when I call the practice, I am able to speak to a receptionist right away. Also, they all did their best to get me in ASAP when I had a cracked filling. The dentist did a great job repairing my filling. Bailey dental is a blessing to the Richmond community.

Dr. Finley and her incredible team have truly transformed my dental experience. From starting Invisalign treatment to now regular cleanings with Kim, every visit is met with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable and valued. Despite traveling an hour to visit this office, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care. Five stars without hesitation!

My daughter and I both got our normal cleanings done recently. We had “Kimmy” for our dental hygienist and we absolutely loved her. She has the best bedside manner of anyone in the medical field, ever…. Her personality is an 11 out of 10, she is sweet, and very fun…. My daughter had her first filling done a couple days later and she asked if she could have “Kimmy” again…. Kimmy recognized us when we walked in and gave us both big hugs and said she was glad we were back. She made my daughter’s anxiousness of the inevitable “shot” disappear. Dr. Bailey came in after the shot and had the cavity drilled out and filled in less than 5 minutes… Dr. Bailey is as good as they get. Done and out! If you are coming into Dr. Bailey’s office, ask for Kimmy, or if your child has anxiety at the dentist’s office, ask for Kimmy. You will not be disappointed. The scheduling staff was also amazing!!!

The most extensive exam I have ever had with the friendliest staff ever. Dr Bailey is great. This practice is very up to date. My son is a dentist in Indianapolis. The xrays were beyond anything I ever experienced. I highly recommend this dental group. Thank you everyone for being so nice to this 81 year old man.

The best dental experience I have ever had!! I have been going to Bailey Dental for about 4 years now and haven’t had any issues. I’m normally terrified to goto the dentist, but every time I leave in amazement.

Always a great experience at Bailey dental.... It's like the Lady Jane's of dentist offices. I've haven't had this many women around me since the day I was born! The staff is professional and courteous... the work being performed was as easy as floating on a cloud inside of a bubble of serenity. I would recommend this place to anybody....and if you don't have to have any teeth go anyway! God Bless and keep up the fine work.

I have been searching for a dentist for years. Now, I can finally say that I have have one that I will stick with. The staff and doc where very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. They all took there time to talk to me about what they were doing and why, which is very important to me. They do everything they can to make sure I was comfortable and heard. I highly recommend this practice to all ages. Thank you Dr. Bailey, Emily, and staff for the amazing care.

I had an amazing experience at Bailey Dental. Not only did they make the experience great, they fixed my retainer so that it was more comfortable because my ortho doctor is in a different city!
Also Kimmie is phenomenal. She has a wonderful personality and does a great job!!
