The best plumbing service I've ever had, and I've had my fair share. Anthony P replaced my water softener and is the best! He will be requested every time, full stop.

Jon and Mike did a great job replacing my water heater. Jon explained things clearly and answered all of my questions. They were quick and clean. For a Friday late afternoon before Christmas weekend they did great work and were courteous. I was extremely grateful. Thanks to Jon, Mike, and the Benjamin Franklin team for the great service. My family and I can relax and enjoy the holiday weekend without having to worry about our water heater.

We just had our water heater replaced by Tony Pugh. He did a great job, kept us informed of everything every step of the way. This is the highest quality service team of repair people you can get. Everyone is over the top knowledgeable in each of their fields.

Our service expert Mike was professional and gave very sound advice in the repair of our toilet which ended up being just a loose connection. Rather than do unnecessary repairs he was honest and fixed the problem in two minutes. We were so impressed that wr signed up for their monthly service plan. I highly recommend this company!!

Scott came out to service our shower drain and he was kind, efficient, honest and upfront with all possibilities for fixing the problem. He also cleaned up after he did his work. On Time Service Pros exceeds expectations again!

Jon is a very nice and professional person. He showed how he tested the water and what it meant and knew right away what was wrong with my system, offered a solution and followed up with an appointment to take care of it as the part was not available right away.

Charlie was supposed to install a dishwasher we had purchased from another company. He was very professional and did his job quickly. Unfortunately the dishwasher was damaged before it arrived at our home and we were unaware of the damage. Charlie pointed it out and provided answers we needed to help us know how to handle the situation. We did place an order for the replacement dishwasher. Charlie assured us he, or one of his colleagues, would be back to install it. Thank you for making a bad situation bearable!

Kenny Hill came and listed to what I had to say and explained what had happened and then showed me what was happening. He helped me by getting Restoration come into my home to quote on the new floor and replacing my toilet. Love working with this company. They always do the right thing for me. Great job. Thank you. Jon was fantastic! He was experienced and knew just how to replace a 36yr old laundry faucet and shutoff in record time. I am very impressed with his wonderful personality, honesty, and knowledge. I will be calling back to schedule a repair in my bathroom too.

Dylan is by the far the best person that could've come out on a Saturday night to fix a water leak. Super honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. The fix was crazy fast, and he broke everything down so we could understand it. Bonus points for being so great with our dogs! We will 100% be requesting him back for a few other jobs we need done.

Mason was phenomenal! Our drain problem appeared at first to be a simple fix, but due to drain routing issues, it required lots more time and effort, all of which Mason performed with skill and cheerfulness. When he finished, he actually thanked us for what little help we offered. I hope we don’t see a recurrence, but if so, I know exactly who to ask for. Thank you Mason!

Eric is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our bathroom toilet quickly! The bathroom is now completely functional. He also cleaned up the area where he worked and left instructions on when the fixture could be used. I highly recommend Eric for and plumbing needs.

Called at 8 AM for help with an old, leaking water heater. Brand new heater, very nicely installed, 4 hours later. Everything cleaned up and looks great!

Bill and Scott did an excellent job for me and my family. I knew I had a valve to the irrigation system that was leaking, and since I'm a VIP with One Hour, I called BFP and got an appointment that fit my schedule.

Scott came out first to give me a free estimate. He showed up right on time. While he was here, he looked over my other plumbing-related systems, which all checked out as in good shape. He set up the repair appointment fitting my schedule before he left and included the estimate.

Bill showed up on time for the next appointment. He had all the supplies and tools he needed to get the job done. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was enjoying his job, too. That says a lot about a professional. He finished the job and the price was exactly as estimated.

I recommend this service provider to anyone needing a plumbing issue addressed.
