My family and I have been seeing Dr Bailey for over 10 years. Her staff is friendly and professional. As for Dr Bailey, the work she has done for my family is always top notch. Highly recommend her.

Love Dr. Baileys work. She has fixed things in my mouth that other dentists wouldn't or probably couldn't do. I dont feel like I'm being taken either. She does what is necessary without trying to sell me something that is unnecessary. Example: I have one dentist wanting to charge me for 2 root canals, when all that was needed was 2 basic fillings. Thanks to Dr.Bailey , she saved my tooth and my wallet:)

The first time here she didn’t even introduce herself. A staff member entered the room and Dr. Bailey yelled at her for approaching her on the wrong side. I wouldn’t go back to her if she was giving FREE dental care. This woman is one of the rudest people on the planet. She is renowned in the dental community for being a bit*h. Stay away.

Very disappointment! Just moved to Richmond looking for a new dentist office for my family. I called dr Bailey office to see if they accepted our insurance. I know that most places don’t because we’re military. The receptionist said yes we accept united Concordia. Made my sons appointment and a couple weeks later I received a bill in the mail. After getting off the phone with my insurance provider they told me they may accept but they do not participate. After she explained to me the difference I totally feel mislead. The receptionist could of been a little more clearer when she said yes. For a route cleaning and a standard x rays is now costing way more than normal. Thanks but I will not be returning.

For the second time in two years, my new dentist found that doctor bailey missed a root in a root canal. When I say I wouldn’t wish this pain on my worst enemy, I mean it. If my new dentist wouldn’t of caught this in time I would have had to get intense surgery, but instead my mouth was swollen almost closed and I had a hole growing in my jaw. Which required immediate attention and a lot more money had dr. Bailey has paid closer attention. Also, when this had first happened dr Bailey had refused to help in any sort. The lack Of attention to detail and empathy is something I wouldn’t look for in a dentist.

I USED to think Bailey's was ok. Dr, Larkin is good but Dr. Bailey is ROUGH. My last experience resulted in a filling that I had to get removed by a different dentist... but that doesn't stop them from constantly increasing my balance owed because they want more $ for the work they did that ended up costing me a lot of pain. I've just been disappointed and hurt too many times to recommend this place to anyone anymore. Sad but true.

coupon paper stated $84 for consult, x-ray & cleaning. Get there and it is your classic bait and switch, $84 for x-ray, $125 for cleaning...never saw a doctor, never got them cleaned and after bringing to thier attention about what ad stated I was told I required more than the normal person. ended up getting all but $48 back....what a joke, stay away.

This place is a joke 5 months later trying to charge me 250 never told me they where out of network but still went forward with working on my teeth my insurance won't pay which I canceled now cigna by the way but jeez nobody covers to get a couple cavitys fixed what a joke...
