Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Great food. Amazing service from Danna last night. Fries were SO good. Refills kept coming. Even when they were packed and we had to wait 45 mins for a seat, it was worth the wait.

Excellent place for any kind of burger that you can imagine! This place usually has a shorter wait than most of the nearby restaurants due to their higher seating capacity and speedy service. They do have some non-burger options for the non-burger weirdos out there 😉 But burgers are their bread and butter. Some of my favorites are the “black and bleu” and “whiskey river bbq” burgers.

Awesome experience on Saturday 3/2. We arrived just before 5 and were surprised to see a wait already forming and lobby full. Put our name on the list and they got us in exactly in the amount of time promised. (LOVE the large, roomy waiting area!!) Given the busy atmosphere, we were expecting a long wait for our food, but everything came out fast, hot and delicious including the complimentary starter fries. I don't know our waitress' name but she had long blond hair and took great care of our family, which included two very hungry 12-year-old boys. She was pleasant but very efficient, kept things moving without making us feel rushed. Just a great, easy, delicious experience the whole way around. This is how dining out for casual, family-friendly occasions should always be!

We love this Red Robin. we only come to this one because Ashley she is such an amazing waitress. We appreciate all her hard work! If you come here please ask for her she works over in the bar area!

The burger was 7/10 but still very good. The cold brew was delectable and the service was top notch. Helpful but not too helpful.... great attitudes all the way around the place. Made for a really enjoyable meal!

Quinton did a fantastic job with our service tonight. He was attentive but not overbearing (refilled my drink silently before I even thought to ask for a refill) and overall, I think he does a fantastic job as a waiter. Great demeanor, easygoing and kind. The food was great and came out promptly and was hot too. Overall very pleased.

It was clear that they were either going through a rush or they were short staffed, but the service was still great as well as the food. I got the Guacamole Bacon burger, which had the guac spread thick on it to create a really delicious sandwhich. Even when the entire restaurant seemed stressed from whatever the source was, the waitresses were very friendly and welcoming. Overall a very good experience!

We had an amazing experience at this particular Red Robin. Our hostess and server were absolutely fantastic. Big shout out to GRACIE and KEN. Gracie was super nice and very attentive and offered her advice when we asked for. Ken was really nice to.
Food as always was good but the 5 star rating is only because for the Amazing, caring and sweet staff.
Who ever hired them did a great job.

The campfire sauce is an experience and and adventure for the tastebuds! The oreo peppermint shake perfect for the season. Staff were both efficient and socialized with guests. A restaurant wrapped in a wholesome atmosphere.

Always fantastic service and food from this location, every time I go the staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and most important of all they seem to be having fun! Even when they're busy service is usually fast and tables are kept clean.

I love the new scorpion burger, nice and spicy. Service was fantastic with dring and fry refills.

I really liked the style and decorations in the place, not only that, the burger I had was practically perfect!
(I don't remember the exact name of the burger but I'm pretty sure it was the red... Something?)
Also, the "bottomless steak fries" were pretty well done, and I heard no complaints from my party about drinks/ refills!
Great birthday or event dining place for a family that has a Love for burgers!

Awesome experience! My Bacon Cheeseburger was perfect. All of our meals were done just right. We had a bit of a wait to be seated but nothing significant. We received our food in a timely fashion and our waitress Madison was an absolute doll. She was friendly, smiling and checked up on us with perfect timing. Thanks Madison!

We visited the Grandville Store on March 12 and Hayle was our server. She did an amazing job. The food was tasty and fresh and hot. I would definitely come back when in town. Thank you for the service here.

Excuse my French, but that was the best Damn TURKEY BURGER I have ever had in my life, and my waitress BECKA GAVE ME THE BEST DAMN SERVICE THAT I HAVE HAD IN YEARS!!! And not to mention the bottomless fries to top it all off , it was just a top tier experience, anytime I'm wanting a burger RED ROBIN is my favorite place to go!!!!❤😁

This was the new scorpion burger....so delicious, not as hot as I thought it was gonna be, but the flavors mashed very well. Had a side of their new cheese and bacon fondue, not to bad :) One thing I did notice (and my wife pointed out), the food always comes out quick! Probably best so we don't fill up on fries 😉

What a great place for lunch. We have various dietary needs, and all were well fed!!! Jay took great care of all of us!

The server was excellent - Joy was her name, the hostesses made sure everyone had masks on when walking around, and the food was fantastic! The steak fries were so good and I see why the burgers made them famous.
