It was a busy evening & the manager, Will, who traveled from Lansing, in the print dept, was hustling to meet each customer's needs with patience & friendly attitude. I saw him work with a new employee & had great communication, a non English speaker & assisted him with clarity making sure he understood and many others as he also worked my project in. I knew he was on the end of a very long day & his attention to detail, patience & friendly customer service were Superior!!! Will is clearly a Top Performer for Staples & worth his weight in Gold in this difficult retail/lack of employee climate.

Jacob helped me through the whole process of sending the information to the realtor. He was so helpful to me and sincerely nice.

Absolutely incredible service from Staples in general, not just (but definitely including) this store. Solid store layout, they always seem to have stuff I need but don't expect them to carry, in-store pickup is easy as cake if you order online (so you don't even have to hunt the item down), and they send you a lot of good deals through the email if you sign up. If you go for delivery instead of in-store pickup, it's often free and always seems to be much quicker than I expect it to be (especially compared to everyone else right now, Amazon's taking like 3-6 weeks for some of my orders). I don't think I've had a single even mediocre experience buying from Staples, it's always excellent.

Lady who waited on us was VERY patient with us while I had to wait for King Size returns to give me a order #! I'm so sorry I didn't get her name! ❤❤

I stopped in Saturday to quickly get a last minute item printed for a wedding that day. McKenzie promptly helped me and was so kind while doing so. I will bring all future printing needs back to this location as it was made so easy!

1st time at the staples store #1621 in Grandville.
Super friendly staff. Cashier #2033949 on register #1 (I didn't get her name) went above and beyond to help me and is a very professional welcoming employee who seemed to really enjoy helping me with a few different things today and smiled warmly the whole time. She is a great employee and I would defeninetly recommend this store for office needs because of this positive experience.

Just had Karen Kline help me with scanning and copies. We are both Northview Wildcats, so that was nice. She is the friendliest, smartest person ever! Made me feel like a very important customer!

Just left staples in Grandville MI, where I was helped by Karen. Pretty sure she's my best friend now. All she did was help me mail a package... But there was a definite mom connection there. Amazing customer service!

I love the calendars that they carry, so today I purchased my 2023 calendar with beach scenes on it.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during my visit. Additionally, the store was tidy and organized making it easy to find all of my needs.
