Been going there for over a year. She's the best. Never a bad day with her there. We get excited when we here her over the speaker. She's definitely the best. Never an issue with our order. Best buzzed food. Always hot and fresh. She needs raise!!

I may be biased as I have not been near a white castle in 15 years and was craving but it was good. 6 sliders, fries, chicken rings, and a shake later and my craving was fulfilled. The service was also great and fast. I got 2 free sliders for filling out the survey and showing it at the front. Would definitely recommend.

Stopped in for lunch, a #2 combo. The cooks, and everyone behind the counter were excellent! Perfect service and double cheeseburgers were made with love! Thanks!

Windows all around open atmosphere u can see them cooking and it's much much better
Food be piping hot, and customer service has gotten better. Nothing like a late night snack when everything else is closed.

Great experience. Food was as expected at 5am. Most of the time, the morning staff is very friendly. White Castle is an acquired taste, but I love them.

This went from .05 a burger to where it is now. Still worth every penny. I love White Castle. Now even deserts, cheese curds. Savory Chicken. Open 24 hours in many locations. Friendly staff, drink fountain, drive through as well as take out or dine in.

Love visiting family so we can go to White Castle! Always great!

If you know anything about White castles the only thing that change was the price you still have to make sure that they put whatever you want on your food and show hell ain't no have it your way.. 😂😆😂😆😂

I ordered online so I didn't have to wait there for my food, I walked into the lobby and it was ready for me with no line. The lady at the counter was nice. I appreciate how they wrap the Doordash to go orders. The food was really good, exactly what I ordered. I also enjoy their drink selections.

I was in the Drive-Thru by an employee by the name of Carmen. I was slow in deciding what I wanted because I had never been there, Carmen was extremely patient and kind and a complete sweetheart as well as very helpful. It's not too often these days that you can go somewhere and have somebody with such a bright smile, especially so late at night because after an extremely long day White Castle happen to be the only fast food open in my route home.

Carmen was a delight and represent your establishment as every place should be represented, nowadays it's not too often that you see such a kind hard-working wonderful employee. Hold on to that one they are far and few.

Kudos to White Castle for having such excellent customer service and hard-working employees such as Carmen.

I don't eat fast food too often and found the fish bites to be delicious hot and fresh I will be back and I will recommend not just because I love the fish but the outstanding service.

Good food. The crave needs to be satisfied. Bacon cheeseburger, fish, chicken ring, chicken breast, and chicken bacon sliders are all great.

Food was good, great in fact if you’re a White Castle fan. The Lobby was respectable, (a couple of tables were waiting on a wipe down) I have seen much much worse. I almost put 4 stars for the tables, but being fair minded I saw only 3 employees. One cooking, one taking orders and one packing them for drive through and counter. Hard for any crew to maintain when shorthand.

Giving 5 stars even though the experience wasn't ideal. This place got lit up crazy busy. I put in a large online order and when I arrived, the dining room filled up with people. The guy in front of the line wanted to buy $100 in gift cards, apparently their system can only handle $20 per transaction in selling gift cards.. The girl at the register tried to do more and it didn't work, but it created holds on the customer's account which began a long debate on refunds for not completed transactions.

The staff here handled all of it admirably and did their best which they usually do. Food was great as always!

I use to buy them for $.10 when I was twelve years old every once in awhile I get hungry to the melted dough mixed with the grilled onion, with catsup, mustard and pickle I love their shakes they use to have strawberry plus chocolate no more strawberry. Big shake and ting burgers. Sometime I have onion rings
