The Roof Guys

The Roof Gals and Guys were wonderful to work with. Our insurance company was refusing to help replace the shingles even though we had clear hail damage. The Roof Gals went to bat for us and tried helping us with the insurance company. Even though the insurance company still refused we were able to get a fair price and our roof was replaced in a timely manner. Amber (one of The Roof Gals) was so great to work worth, explained everything so well and worked hard to help us in our rough situation.

I did a lot of research and decided on The Roof Guys. They are local and did a very good job. Did a walk through at completion to ensure we were happy. When we had a question about whether our vent could have been causing am issue with our dryer heating, they came out right away in the winter to ensure the vent screen wasn't causing an issue and would fix free of charge if it was. Great customer service and quality!

These folks deserve more than 5 stars. Our ceiling began to drip on Christmas night. Though I called a dozen or so numbers to try to get someone out on an emergency, I didn't have any luck.

The next morning, I woke up to a message from The Roof Guys - the only one to return my call. Diana was awesome to communicate with and was able to get Jayme out same day.

Jamey did a fast, excellent job at a fair price. In addition, he took time to educate us about our options without pressuring us into a specific direction. He also took plenty of photos to show us the problems and how he had fixed them.

We'll be looking into replacing the roof within the next year and The Roof Guys will be the ones I call.

Let me begin with Amber, our roof inspector from The Roof Guys. She is the real deal. She was able to find and demonstrate to our insurance inspector enough damage to convince our insurance company to pay for a complete roof replacement. I had a roofing contractor out to my house a few months prior to The Roof Guys after some summer storms. The other contractor was unable to find any damage from the storms. Almost 7 months later, with no storms in between, Amber and my insurance inspector were up on my roof for close to an hour in 90° weather, and she got the job done. Total roof replacement. From there, she walked us through everything - laying out the procedure in detail, explaining how the insurance process worked, coordinating delivery of the shingles and materials, pulling the required city permits, and several site visits during the job. The roofing crew was on time, and professional, and finished the job on time as well. The final project is beautiful, and we are very happy with it. About a week later, the city inspector called to confirm with us that the job was done. She told my wife that based on the pictures from The Roof Guys (taken throughout the project), that they "did a really good job," and commented on various details about the roof work that impressed her. I had never heard of The Roof Guys before this, but I am a "super fan" now. I have learned that Amber is a former insurance adjuster, and knows the insurance side of the equation, which I believe was the key to convincing my insurance company that they needed to replace my roof. I learned that she had worked with the inspector from my insurance company in the past, and I believe her credibility with that inspector helped get the job done. She's the real deal. Strongly recommend!

I totally recommend the Roof Guys for your roof repair and/or replacement. Paul, their representative, thoroughly explained their estimate line by line, totally explained the work that was to be done and how long it would take and kept me informed on the time line. He really made me feel good about choosing them to do my project. The work crew arrived as scheduled and the work was done in one day. They cleaned up the area and I was told that I might find some nails etc, I only found 3 nails. I was impressed and very satisfied with their work.

Jamey and Amber were super easy to work with. They were knowledgeable, and knew how to deal with our insurance company. We were extremely happy with the work they did on the roof, and cleaned up very well after the job. We would highly recommend them!

Great job. I especially liked their attention to detail. They did a great cleanup job; the patio and deck were left cleaner than before they came. The roofers placed no ladder against the gutters; rather they put the ladder on the gable and placed a large foam cushion between the ladder and the gable to avoid any damage. Nice detail. I appreciated the follow-up with the quality control guy. A good team overall.

Great group of people! Amber came out the next day after a storm and Jamey, the owner, quickly identified the issue and expertly fixed it. Great to work with a local company and people I know will stand by their work. I will definitely reach out to them in the future for any work I need done.

Fantastic company to work with, they helped us through an insurance claim for a full roof replacement due to wind damage. Everyone involved were pleasant to talk with, they were always communicating with us to explain what was going on and what to expect next. I recently bought a house and I needed the old roof shingles removed and and new roof done. Paul was not only professional but, his crew was fast and proficient. It was all done in 1 day. Wow!!! They cleaned up so nicely like they’d never been there. When finished Paul explained the whole after process that left me having no questions or doubts. He treated you like he knew you for years. He was totally honest about the company and their abilities. I appreciated that in a company. I will definitely recommend them to friends.

We had hail damage on our new roof. The insurance company gave us very little to work with. My husband and I called several roofing companies to do the work and they all told us that the insurance company wouldn`t budge on giving more to do the job, so they all declined. Then we called the Roof Guys. They not only worked with us, but put a new roof on in just a couple of weeks. The workers were fantastic!! They got our roof and shed done in one day and cleaned up everything! What a great job!!! I can not say enough on how great this company is. Our roof had hail damages in the past May. Cassaundra from The Roof Guys came over the following day to assess the damages and contacted our home insurance company immediately. She responded to our questions very promptly with great patience. Our new roof was installed within a day and a half, and the crew did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. The Roof Guys helped me out when a home inspector said I had damaged roof trusses. The Roof Guys replaced my roof 3 years prior due to hail damage so I called them for help. Even though they had no obligation to assist, Jayme came out the next day a did a pro bono inspection and gave me a letter stating there was no defect. I needed this letter to meet a contingency and I was able to complete the sale. I can't say enough good things about this company. They stand behind their work. They took care of everything during the initial replacement and have always been available for questions or concerns once the work was completed even after any workmanship warranty had expired.
