After finding water backing up into my basement due to tree roots in the main drain, I called several plumbing companies.

Most didn't answer, and the ones that did couldn't be out until the next day which would leave us with no water for almost 24 hours.

When I called Samaritan Plumbing, they had someone out at my house in less than an hour.

The technicians (Denton and Tate) were professional, efficient and very knowledgeable.

They assessed, and corrected the problem very fast, and helped me understand why the problem occurred, and what steps I could take to both monitor and prevent future issues arising.

I will absolutely be calling them for any and all future plumbing needs (emergency or otherwise.)

Called several plumbing companies to get estimate. Most didn't seem interested. One did come out and gave an astronomical number to do the work. Called Samaritan Plumbing. The owner Denton came out the next day, he was very professional and gave us a very reasonable estimate the next day. He and his crew did a great job in a timely manner. We are very happy with their service and personnel. We would not hesitate to call them in the future or recommend them to anyone.

4/16/20: Had a water line leak and called Denton at Samaritan Plumbing. He came out after hours, located the leak and fixed it. We really appreciated his quick response! He was courteous, efficient and charged a fair price. We highly recommend his company.

9/6/19: Denton and Luke were courteous and knowledgeable. They arrived promptly and worked until they got the job done. They kept their work area clean and even wore booties over their shoes to protect our floors. Their rate was fair and I would definitely recommend them.

Called them the night before left a message. They called me back the next morning. I explained what I needed the best I knew. She asked me to send her husband some pictures. He called me right back told me what style it was and said he would have his guy Austin there around noon. He came worked hard to remove a toy my grandson had flushed. Fixed the shower cleaned everthing up and the whole time kept us informed of what he was doing and why. Very professional. Very prompt and most import.Very Very fair priced. Also everyone I talked with during the whole experience was so polite and courteous. Would recommend them to anyone who ever asks me if I know a plumber. I will never call anyone else.

They fixed the clogged drain in our new house when I was convinced that it was going to be a much bigger issue. The best part? Incredibly affordable, as plumbers go. You are doing yourself a disservice by not giving Samaritan Plumbing a chance to take care of your plumbing issues.

You don't find a tradesman that often that checks all the boxes. Great people to work with, fair price and highly recommended. His wife handles the calls in the office and is wonderful to talk with. Cannot beat Denton and his crew for top notch work. Installed hose bib on outside of house. Not a big problem by coming up from the basement. But, I'm on a slab. He found the cold water line from an old location for my laundry room so can't even tell where he did his work. Thank you very much!!

I had guests coming in for the weekend and my downstairs plumbing was backing up. I called for home warranty service and was told by a different company that they couldn't come out until the following week. Luckily the kind folks at Samaritan Plumbing came to my rescue! They were able to snake my house drain the following day and I was good to go! Thank you for saving the day Samaritan!!!

Samaritan Plumbing has helped us twice now. First, they came out and quoted on a job replacing our main line to the street which runs under the house in our dirt floor crawl space. We'd been calling two other local plumbers for over a year trying to get this done and couldn't even get a quote. Denton Wisler owner of Samaritan Plumbing has worked on our bath room for new faucets and cold water pipe in our walls which was frozen, has done a very good job and on time, the only person that has put slip covers over his shoes to keep your carpet clean and takes them back off when going back out side cares about your home, while other company tracked dirt and mud in to your house. Very well mannered, quality work. Have used Denton the last 3 times wouldn't change any thing I have said on time and quality work.

I want to say thank you to Denton at Samaritan Plumbing. My wife and I built our dream house out in the country that required a well and the water smelled terribly. It smelled so badly that we dreaded bathing because we thought it made us smell worse. Denton was able to test and analyze our water to determine the cause of the smell. He installed a carbon filter and the smell is completely gone from our water. I will be calling him for all our future plumbing needs. I highly recommend Samaritan Plumbing.

This is long overdue, last year we had a sump pump give out and Mr. Wisler was able to come over in a few days and take care of the problem by replacing the old one, put the emergency one on it all at a very reasonable price. As others have said, very good work and little evidence he was here other than a new working sump pump. Others were unable or unwilling to take care of a sump pump without having to order one: we had ours replaced in a mere days which was important because our pump runs every 15-20 minutes at least during dry patches.

All of the great reviews are correct! We got all of our problems fixed in a timely and easy manner and even learned a few things in the process. This is an example of a great family owned business that provides personable customer service and great work. I appreciated how easy they were to schedule with also.

Samaritan was on time for the quote appointment, came out to do the work on the scheduled day at the scheduled time, kept me informed as to the progress on the job, did a great job and left the worksite clean....all for a fair price! They've earned a new and permanent customer.

The first 70 degree Saturday in April I got my garden hoses out after a long winter. I opened both the front and back out door taps for the first time of the season and tested each hose & nozzle to make sure they worked. I then spent several hours working on the deck in the rear of the house when my wife came up from the basement and said there was water all over laundry room floor. A seal in front tap had failed back in the fall and allowed water to fill the tap when it’s supposed to drain when shut off. Apparently, it froze during the winter a ruptured the tap just inside the basement wall. It did not leak until I opened the tap in April and then would not close and continued to spew water in the basement. The only way I could stop it was to shut the water off to the house at the main.

Since I had a finished basement, the only way I could get access to the tap and leak was to cut a 1.5’ x 1.5’ opening in my basement ceiling. Given the location of the rupture, difficult reach and my limited pipe separating & joining skills the fix ws not something I could do. Since I did not want to pay premium after hours rates for a plumber, I sucked it up and dealt with the water being off until Monday morning. I did, however, call Samaritan ~1 PM Sunday afternoon and left a message on their machine saying a needed a GOOD plumber Monday morning.

Denton returned my call at 8 PM that evening and said Luke would be out at 8 AM Monday. Luke was fricken AWSOME! He had no trouble cutting out the ruptured tap and installing a replacement without me having to further open up the ceiling or wall for better access! He was both professional and courteous and had my water back on by 10 AM! I would highly recommend and use Samaritan Plumbing again.

Recently purchased a new home and had little to no pressure in the master shower, called Samaritan Plumbing and they worked me into the schedule, came out did a great job at fixing the issue and at a great price! Will use again for sure!!
