After a storm in June 2019, our roof sustained hail damage. Our insurance agency confirmed the damage and approved the claim. I researched several roofing contractors and Benson Property stood out among them all with the most highest ratings online. After working with them, I can see why. Our rep was always available for questions and help along the process. The work crew came about 2 weeks after we signed the contract. They did an amazing job. I impressed that afterwards, they went through our yard with a metal detector to see if any metal scraps were in the yard. The new roof looks amazing! We've recommended them to our neighbors who also had hail damage and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

Benson Property replaced our roof after a hail storm. Anders was great from the moment he came to do an estimate until we received our referral bonus check. He was informative, responsive to my questions, and on top of every detail every step of the way. We didn’t wait long to get started on the roof and the entire job was completed in a day. They made sure to walk me through the process step by step and did such a great job asked for someone to come take a look at my roof and they had somebody put that day. We were very skeptical about the process of replacing our roof, and unsure of how the process worked. Our nerves were put at ease almost immediately. The process of working with our insurance company was professional and smooth. The feedback up front was clear and made the whole process easy. But most importantly, the workers were professional, friendly and quick. They did an AMAZING job cleaning up afterward, and even came back unprompted to inspect and fix a small issue we didn't even notice. We would strongly recommend this group - GREAT job.

Think very highly of this company and would recommend to anyone who needs a new roof.We worked with Jake and Anthony! Both of the guys are fantastic and very easy going. They took care of pretty much everything from discussing what would happen, how it would happen and when it would happen. They even dealt with the insurance company which is fantastic in my eyes. They even kept in contact throughout the entire process to make sure everything was going smoothly. Only one issue but it wasn't anything I couldnt take care of. Again highly recommended 😁🙂👍

Phil from Benson Property went above and beyond to help us when we contacted them for a roof inspection. We thought we had wind damage resulting in water leaking through our roof. Phil came out right away and quickly determined that we didn't have storm damage; instead we had a vent that was installed incorrectly. At this point I expected he would tell me about a huge project to repair it, but he didn't. Instead he said it was an easy fix and proceeded to make the repair at no cost. Benson Property acted with honesty and integrity and did more than I could have ever expected. I'll definitely be giving them a call the next time I need a service they provide.

This is such a fantastic company! They went completely above & beyond the call of duty on my 99 year old mom's roof & siding! Not only did they give her excellent care, but they were honest & upright in the much needed decisions she had to make. Because my mom is on a fixed income, she was concerned about the price of the cost of the roof & siding! Well to our utter surprise, the owner, Jeff Stark, & Ray Hansen forfeited ALL of there commisions to make sure my mom was not stressed out with her finances! What company does that?? Benson Properties does!! So amazing!
