I needed a second appointment that required water shut-off, and he quickly made the arrangement for 2 days later. On Valentines Day Morning at 8:00am, we had a pipe burst in our basement. I called 10 companies before I found Bredahl Plumbing. In less than an hour, they had a tech there who immediately fixed it. In addition, the tech named Roy was a very nice man who was very respectful of our carpet, wearing cover ups to his shoes. Plus he cleaned up everything and made several other plumbing suggestions to help us avoid another issue. I have a lifelong plumber now. TnT
