We've used TJK Plumbing for several projects over the years and have always been pleased with their work. Brad was out today to fix a shower valve and not only did he walk us through the options based on the type of break, but also took time to look at a couple other to-do items we had on the list and quoted those for us at the same time. He was informative, pleasant, up front, and very patient with any questions we had. He ended up having the time today to complete three of the things on our list. It was seamless. He was considerate of the fact that I was working from home and left things in great condition. He also walked us through everything before then stepping us through the invoice prior to leaving. Excellent experience!! We'll continue to call TJK in the future, and will be asking for Brad.

Adam came out same day to fix a leaky spigot that actually ended up being more of an issue than just that. He was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough - had everything fixed that day. I mostly appreciated how he educated me on the process - explaining why he had to do what he was doing to resolve the issue, as well as tips and tricks for the future. That transparency means a lot! We had awesome service by Josh from TJK plumbing! We are selling our house and wanted things done correctly. TJK plumbing was easy to work with, scheduled quickly, and worked with us when the city had a very small time frame for shutting our water off. I originally needed a water main valve replaced but ended up needing a faucet replaced and an estimate. Josh was super flexible and able to do everything we needed in the same trip. We would absolutely use him again and would recommend TJK plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

We had an unpleasant surprise on a Saturday morning when we noticed a significant amount of water leaking from our water heater. I figured with it being a Saturday, it would make finding a plumber more difficult, but I needed this issue resolved ASAP. I called TJK because they had 24 hour service. They got to my house FAST! As I suspected, I needed a new water heater. Josh and Kyle got it installed in 4 hours, which included reconfiguring the venting per a new regulation. I couldn’t believe I was back up and running so quickly and that I could enjoy my Saturday night without having this issue hanging over my head. Would recommend!

TJK pluming was out and did another great job. Kyle was here on time and did an great job. He was able to come the same day I called about a backed up bathroom sink. I highly recommend them. This was the third time they helped me with this old house. I can't remember who was here before but Sid and Kyle were both helpful and helped me feel good about their work.

We had an issue arise during a drain cleaning late on a friday. TJK emailed me back immediately Friday evening, asking if we needed emergency service (we did not), and set us up for first thing on monday morning. They arrived on time and were professional and helpful, and even found some good news behind a wall that saved time and money. Will use again, and would highly recommend.

TJK Plumbing did a same day conversion from our old water heater to a high efficiency power vent water heater, which is a lot more time consuming than a basic change out. Super professional. We were in the middle of a bathroom remodel project with a different plumber and couldn't get him to come out. So I called tjk plumbing and had dj come out and finish all of the work our previous plumber couldn't. He did a fantastic job and communication was awesome throughout the entire process. Called TJK to get an estimate on repairs needed to my house. I knew there was some stuff that needed work, but I didn't know how much. They sent someone out the same day that I called. Josh was really thorough and took the time to check the entire property. He explained what was what and helped me prioritize what to take care of first, since my budget isn't massive. I didn't feel like I was getting a hard sell, just a careful and clearly explained list. Would definitely recommend working with them.

I submitted a request at 10:00 via the web site and got a call the next morning. Within 2 hours, someone (Brad) was sent to my house. Brad called me 30 minutes before and arrived on time. Brad was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained to me what he was doing and tips for future consideration. Overall - great experience, Brad was great, and would highly recommend!
