HIGHLY recommend if you need someone with knowledge to troubleshoot your issues. I was having a problem with my Square reader and phone jack. Paul took about 10 min to surgically repair the phone jack and all is well with the world again. He saved me a ton of time and money. Definitely go there if you need someone that knows what they are doing! Thanks, Paul!!

Austin is phenomenal. This review is long past due but he helped me the entire week throughout Christmas/New Years while I picked out a gaming laptop for my girlfriend and later switched to a desktop pc amongst other items. Austin was extremely helpful, informative and patient with me even while I was super indecisive of which laptop to choose. I never felt rushed or ignored as I was in and out of the store multiple days making up my mind they were always attentive and greeted me with friendly assistance. We love the new gaming PC and can't say enough good things about this place. I will for sure be a lifelong customer. Thanks again Austin!

Just came in because my phone wasn’t able to charge, and Paul was able to clean it out thoroughly and now it works like new! And he also did it free of charge. My laptop was hacked. Being a senior I did not know how to get rid of the pop ups. Paul was very helpful and got rid of them. I asked how much and he said nothing. I tried to give him a tip and he would not accept it. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I was long overdue to replace my cracked screen protector. Stopped in on a Friday afternoon, fast/great service. I even bought a new case from their nice selection! I’ll definitely be back.

My husband tried another store to get a new battery for our daughter’s phone & was told it would be over $200 and at least 4 hours. I had him bring the phone home & I brought it to Device Pitstop in Maple Grove. It was done in about 90 minutes and cost less than $100. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Brought in my phone due to problems with it charging. Turns out my port was just dirty. They cleaned it for free! Great service!

After replacing the cracked screen on my phone, some of the back icons wouldn’t work properly. So I took my phone back to them for assistance and they discovered my screen was the cause. So they replaced that screen for a new one within one hour and I was on my way with a working phone!
I have purchased several phones from them and have always been extremely satisfied with their customer service ! Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

These guys are fantastic. I stopped in to have my OS reinstalled. While we were there we picked up a used gaming laptop for my son. When we got home, we were having troubles downloading the software required. So we went back and no questions asked, they just jumped right in and helped us install everything. Super friendly and helpful staff and very reasonable pricing. Would strongly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience here! My wife took in her phone to Apple store to repair her charging port and they were going to charge her four hundred dollars. However, when we brought it here they were able to quickly fix the issue for free without replacing the charging port!
