Cody at Fred Grande Ford in Richmond did an amazing job getting me into my new Ford Bronco. I appreciated his giving space but still making me a priority.

Our sales guy was John Halsey and despite a few hiccups he kept us in the loop the whole time and maintained excellent communication through out the process. My experience with this dealership, more specifically with their service center has been excellent. I’ve had bad experiences with other mechanics and service shops but these guys go above and beyond and do great work at a fair price. Very honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!

I dropped my car off to have the rack replaced they had the car4 days and it was done when I was told by another dealer that 5 to 7 days for the part to arrive I will be using this service department for all my service needs

We found a non Ford vehicle on their lot and we wanted it! Travis, our salesman was AMAZING to work with.. He responded to every one of my calls and texts, even while on vacation, and right away... I never had to wait more than a half hour for a response! He worked hard at meeting all of our demands! Glenn was also super kind and helpful. They gave me the best price for my trade in and a deal on our new truck... AND TO TOP OFF OUR GREAT EXPERIENCE.... they washed and filled up our new truck. We bought from other dealers in the area, never got such great service. Thank you all so very much. We will be back for our 2nd vehicle, whenever that may be. 😊👍

Very friendly sales people they don’t rush you in and out. They take care of the customers like a small town city not like a big corporate dealership . We would recommend this dealership to everyone one we know. Cindy is very knowledgeable about the products she sells the finance department is fantastic.

I've been bringing my trucks here for years, mainly because it's in my own community and the dealerships they were purchased from are too far to drive. We've only had a couple issues with our F-150s that were covered under warranty. I've been getting my oil changes here and since appointments are now set for those, I'm out of there quickly - unlike an experience I had at a Sterling Heights location that I won't name where I sat for over two hours with another customer while we wondered if we were going to be locked inside when they turned the lights off on us at closing time. Chip has a great sense of humor and listens to my questions and comments & he knows I'm going to ask them. ;-)

You often never value the service of a place fully, till you go somewhere else, thinking maybe you can find a better deal/ option. Cindy, Chip and the teams at Fred Grande have been our dealership of choice for many years. Recently we ventured to another to find a possible better option, and quickly we realized what a mistake that was. Milne will never see our customer support again; leaving us feel like we got robbed in the process, with absurd delays, hidden costs, and lack of communication, to say the least. None of which we ever experienced with the teams at Fred Grande. Never have we felt like just a number for their bottom line at Fred Grande. Thank you and please continue doing what you do to make the customer feel right by their decisions, happy with the purchase/ service experience, and delighted to return and tell others of the positive results.
