I'm just letting you know that the bill will be paid today. I want you to know that from a professional point you don't deserve this money. I came to you with a simple problem, my 10 year old son was struggling to come to terms that I was pregnant unexpectedly. I tried over and over to explain that I felt the situation would resolve once the baby was born and realized he wasn't losing his place in our family. I explained that i was struggling emotionally due to my age and the pregnancy. I just need a professional to stand beside me and work through the situation. I explained that I paid $1700/mo out of pocket for insurance and that I wasn't able to do testing or your services if they weren't covered. YOU pushed that he was ADD. You wanted to do tests, which I said only if covered. You said it'll be fine! It wasn't and you didn't care. Just so you know, he's great. He's doing well in school, he loves his little sister and he's an amazing NON-ADD child. For your future patients I hope you learn to listen, as that is a major portion of what you're suppose to do. Not just collect data for propelling you forward. Extremely disappointed in your lack of professionalism and only concern for what your patients can do for you.
