They did a great job! My dryer was being very squeaky and they were able to set up a date in a timely manner and were there before the arrival time window. They also gave me a text letting me know they were about 10-20 mins away. They got to work right away once arrived and figured out the problem quickly. Let me know an estimate and fixed it at the same time once I approved. Highly recommend them!

Very nice to work with. Originally we didn't realize we had an extended warranty on our oven so we had them come out & order part out of pocket. When we did realize that we had an extended warranty, they reimbursed us minus the trip charge. Received the part pretty quick & now I can use my oven again.

Shawn did a fabulous technician repair on our five year old Maytag front load washer. He quickly found the error codes then methodically went through the diagnostic steps. Then when every step came back clear he ran the washer through a quick full cycle to make sure the washer was functioning correctly. I was expecting a blown control panel but Shawn proved that wasn’t the case. I will be a repeat customer when/if I need to replace appliances. Samaritan store in Sanford is a delightful place to research items and their sales force is top notch too with quick and accurate information replies. Way to go, Samaritan!

Service tech was fast and knowledgeable. When it was found out my old dryer was beyond repair, they gave me $75 off a new one from them. The new dryer works great.

Appointment was scheduled in a reasonable time frame. They called a they heard over and were prompt. The technician was friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection of my washer to determine the issue and tried to find solutions. Sadly it was dead, but the technician was knowledgeable and shared options with me looking towards a new washer. Would recommend!

I thought I had given one review a few weeks ago, but I don't see it. We have had good service from Samaritan. They have been very professional, courteous and helpful. The tech came out and saw the problem, went back and ordered the part. They are very busy so the replacement appointment was a few wks out, but they confirmed it a day ahead, and the job only took about 45 minutes. Everything was on warranty.

The people were courteous and professional on the phone.
The technician was on time and had the correct replacement parts.
I will continue to use Samaritan services in the future.

Had a bad ignitor switch in oven. The techs from Samaritan were very nice, got to work quickly and efficiently. Job done in very little time. They also let us know when to expect them before the visit. Thanks guys.

Samaritan was great! We were greeted and helped the second we walked in the store. They helped guide us through the pros/cons of each model and were mindful of our price point. Even with such stellar service, we were out the door in less than an hour, having purchased a washer, dryer, and stove. Their install team is amazing and I can't recommend them enough!!
