The manager, Tim was sooooooo helpful tonight! My sister rolled her car and was dropped here by the tow truck. Family was all several hours away and we couldn’t find a taxi to get her to the hospital to be checked out while we could get there, so I called and spoke with Tim. He was so kind and said she could wait there, and I mentioned that if anyone could help her get to the hospital that we would be so grateful. He called me back shortly after to let me know he had found my sister a ride to the hospital.

We couldn’t be more thankful for the kindness shown to us tonight. Thank you Tim and Morgan!

Hit the drive through for lunch while passing through town. The line of cars was plentiful but to their credit they moved everyone through rather quickly. My food order was correct, hot, and delivered with a smile at every touch point. Great customer service.

Always a great experience here. Not sure what the other reviews are complaining about but Lori is super sweet that works window and I never have any issue.

The staff is fun and cheerful at night, even when busy with football players and cheerleaders after a game in the rain overtake the dining room. The food is great and they make great concessions for my keto diet, like letting me substitute lettuce for buns and turning my Bacon Quarter Pounder Deluxe into a salad. The drive-thru ladies bring dog treats for the fur babies pretty regularly, making it worth a side trip after a visit to the groomers and vets.

Midland lost power this evening so they were a bit overrun than they likely normally are… Trudy and Ben were working efficiently and also being kind and putting their most into their customer service relations, even when someone handed Ben the wrong food to give us, he quickly fixed it for us and was kind.. the woman speaking to him over something that wasn’t his mistake wasn’t as kind though.

It was fast n friendly service, Lori is super amazing..the food is delicious..

Food was good. Service was fast and employees had great attitudes and seem to take pride in their jobs!

I just have to say, ordering via mobile 📱 app, so many times my order is stone cold and the items way past their serve fresh times..... BUT!! My order I just picked up from this location in Standish.....WOW! Not only were my nuggets fresh out of the fryer (without me having to ask!) but they also got my customizations on my big Mac right, without being a smart-alec about it (extra onion 🌰 & pickle). I also noticed that since I had to use the ladies 🚺 room before i went to the counter when I got to the counter the manager was already checking ✔ to see if "the person for that order" was there, as she was getting ready to put it in the warming tray. Thank you so much for great, fresh, correct food! I will most certainly be coming back to this location!

The order taker was super friendly. Answered my questions and was nice and polite while doing so. Was paitent while I dug out change. Thanked me for coming and pleasant greeting and farewell. Order was correct. Person handing it out was smiling and friendly.

This was very clean and fast drive-thur I've seen in a while. Order Taker was professional & asked if using an App. We did and was easy to use. Great deals with App and you get free items each time you use the App. Received food fast and re-checked to make sure was correct order. Loved our little Jack Russell, said no doggie treats, but offered a doggie cup full of whip cream for her. So nice!! Just traveling to Beaverton, MI from Saginaw, MI. We'll stop again if heading up north again. ;)

Great experience, nice staff. Good food. The app was down to log in with Gmail... Really,... especially with free double cheese burger with app. Good login through Facebook but then all of my 18,000 points were gone.. hopefully they'll return them when once again login with my Gmail account...

The people who waited on me were extra concerned as my blood sugar was at 54 and I needed sugar quick. I had a toddler ice cream while waiting for my order. They were very understanding and they reminded me how fast orange juice works. My thanks to them for caring💜

They were very busy but food was great and place was clean

That was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant it took 23 minutes to get one large fry and a cheeseburger.. then I was handed somebody's big order full of cheeseburgers into my car and then I said this is not my order I gave it back to him turned around and took it straight out to the car in front of me order I'm glad I don't have coronavirus cuz if I did everybody would be contaminated... Fries was cold and burger wasn't too far from it
