Dollar General

I love the face that the manager that works mostly nights (she selects the best music to play also) is so awesome! She is always willing to chat and see how her customer is doing!

This is the best run Dollar General store in the state. I have been to others where there was merchandise in total chaos, no room to so much as move your cart; met by stone-faced order takers and dingy, dirty floors and counters. NOT SO HERE!! Since the manager, Shelly, took over, a lot of the problematic employees have gone elsewhere, and those who didn't want to work have actually exited on their own. This is a clean, well- stocked store and the customer service has been above par since you made this change. I have known this store manager for years from other places that she worked, and anytime I see her, I will shop supplies for my business and home where she is working. As I spend a good 4-5 grand a year at Dollar General (just based on last year's receipts), I can tell you with some authority that this level of customer service really matters. Shelly has always gone above and beyond the call for the people in her store, and I've watched her do it for years. Where SHE goes... I go. It's just that simple. Given what I spend in your place a year, at minimum, I am hoping I have some kind of respected opinion. You did great hiring this person. Please DO NOT screw this up. I prefer not to order my items online, but if she leaves you, I surely will.
Thanks to Shelly and the great staff at Midland Dollar General Isabella for great customer service and a great, well-kept store. It's wonderful to be greeted by name with smiles and above/beyond customer service. How refreshing is THAT? We appreciate you more than you know. :)

The ladies that work there are very helpful. The one lady went to the back of the store to find my favorite pop I drink daily. There was none on the shelves and she came back with 2 of them for me with good customer service. Thank you for that again.!

This is one of my favorite stops. I'm here at least twice a week. They always have the best deals, the store is clean, and the staff is so nice! I recommend this store over some of the other Dollar Generals in the area

Go into DG almost daily and the 2 woman cashiers one girl in early 20s and and other chic w spiked hair them 2 girls are the most helpful and sweetest ever!!

Dollar General is a great place to make a quick stop and pick up certain items that are less expensive or not available at the other stores that I shop at. They have a wide variety of items, from groceries, to hardware and automotive and they are located less than a mile from where I live.

I went in to pick up money through western union. The lady was very helpful and understanding with my questions. I will definitely be going here for future WesternUnion pickups

Love Dollar General. My daughter in law was decorating her home with the little red truck and Christmas tree. Dollar General had a great selection to choose from

The staff is always super friendly and very helpful. Almost always has what you need in stock, I rarely leave without what I needed.

Love the location. It keeps me from having to drive to the other side of town. Store is always clean.

It was clean , has friendly staff, great prices and it smelled so good when we walked in since they make fresh baked goods, love this grocery store

Most anything u would need is here.. Nice and convenient especially if u dont want to go all the way into Midland to Walmart or meijer...

A great store to stop and pick up the items you forgot and/or don't want to go back to town for.
