Usually going to the doctor anywhere isn’t a lot of fun but these guys made this procedure fun. They were very professional and did an awesome job. The doc made me feel very comfortable and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. Everyone was very informative and we shared a lot of laughs. I would highly recommend this place. If I need another procedure I will definitely return. Thank you.

Great experience. Dr. Montufar and his staff were all kind, friendly, listened, and addressed my son’s toe pain/issues. We had a bad experience at another foot doctor and Richmond Foot and Ankle were totally opposite. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

The doctor removed a foreign body from my foot which turned out to be the tip of a sewing needle. The entire staff was friendly and did their best to put me at ease. They scheduled me to come in quickly since I was in pain. The procedure was painless and easy. The doctor was exceptionally kind, compassionate and extremely competent. I would definitely recommend this clinic and I will go back with any future needs.

Dr. Montufar and his staff have been great. My foot problem was diagnosed the first visit and after receiving treatment and new orthotics my foot is back to feeling good!

Everyone nice and scheduling easy. However my son and I went back several times to take care of plantar warts. Each time charging our insurance which I still don’t understand when they are follow up visits to see if treatments given have worked. We paid copays and ended up with a high balance due and STILL WALK AROUND WITH WARTS!! So charged for treatment that never was cured doesn’t seem right to me. Dr. was nice, gentle but treatment given not effective. Went more than 4 times at least.

This office is not only dishonest, they will scam you. They ask for a credit in case your insurance doesn't cover the cost, but they charge that second, and never even try to bill your insurance company and we have two. We went to a real foot/ankle doctor thru Henry Ford and didn't changed a cent, and got my toe nails cut, which I was charged from this office, but was never done. The insole that they charge $380.00 you can get on Amazon for $19.99. GO TO A DOCTOR THAT WILL HELP YOU, NOT STEAL FROM YOU!

Nice people, just didn’t help with my foot problem. Along with expensive devices that caused more pain.

I would not even give them one star. They botched my foot surgery. I had to get 2 more surgeries to fix the problem that they created. Horrible experience I got an allergic reaction to my cast as well. My scar looked like a worm was growing under it, 4 inches long on my foot. Had to go through physical therapy because I did not walk straight for a year. Would never recommend.

Always waiting over an hr to be seen.
