I have been seeing Dr. KOPP FOR YEARS. My husband and son also see Dr. KOPP. She is always attentive, honest, willing to look into new things, and basically the best doctor I have ever seen. I have a couple conditions that have required many visits to different docs and she has been my favorite. I can tell you that she will follow up with you AND remembers you when you return.

The office is clean and bright. Reception and nurse are amazing. I didn't care for the doctor repeating everything four or more times. She also kept referring to my 19 year old son as a child. She does not listen to what is being said very closely and makes assumptions. We'll continue our search for a family doctor in the area. Or just start seeing our old doctor again in our old neighborhood.

One of the worst, if not the worst experience I've had with a doctor. Out of left field she told me not to use abortion as birth control, even though it was right there in my chart that I've been on hormonal birth control for years. It was a total non-sequitur, very strange. She's generally unprofessional and and uncaring. I've never prayed for a doctor to lose her practice, but I pray Dr. Kopp loses her practice.

Basically told us she did not have time to return phone calls when we were waiting on test results.
Uninterpreted results were on My Chart. Which we could not interpret.
Messages by phone & My Chart were left for her to reach out.
Ended up making an appointment (another $30 charge) to get results and she treated us like children(62!). Maybe a cut on patient load to better serve us!

Do not , go to this Dr. she is rude, disrespectful and quite frankly horrible bedside manner. I was shocked at the tone and direction she provided my loved one. She has no sense of decency. There are other Dr.'s at Henry Ford that are much, much better... The only reason she has 1 star from me is because I could not give her a negative rating.

Horrific experience. Completely unprofessional, even her nurse advised me to make a formal complaint. I don't know how someone like this is allowed to practice medicine. Stay away, particularly if you are female.

Office is nice, short wait time, and most of the staff is pleasant, however, Dr. Kopp is very unprofessional… I’ve never been to a doctor that became immediately defensive, accusatory, and argumentative when asked questions. Horrible experience.
