Wireless World - Verizon Authorized Retailer

I want you to think about what it takes to get a 5 star review as a mass mobile retailer. The job is filled with long waits, explaining technology, bills, fees. It has to be mostly unpleasant for the workers. (I know it usually is for customers). So when I got to the Silver Lake location, I was expecting a long wait followed by a half hearted encounter by an apathetic employee.

Nope. Mariah and Ty were nothing but nice to me. They weren't aggravated by the monotony of the situation, in fact they made GENUINE small talk. Made the process so easy and smooth and they were extremely personable.

We know the minute we go into a phone store, the likelihood of our day getting better as a result is extremely low. Except for Silver Lake Verizon. The workers attitudes made a huge difference and I left an extremely satisfied customer. 5/5 Would literally drive 15 minutes out of the way to come here instead.

Jason is such a great and qualified man, He helped us like no one else did before in other Verizon centers, he even stayed after closing to deal with all of our questions. So he became my personal manager for all of my business lines, he definitely deserves the bonus for his client orientations. I’ll definitely recommending go to Verizon Saint Anthony office. I got such a great experience after hard day of work. Great job Jason!!!!!!

Mariah is a life saver. She helped us through any confusion we had and explained everything very thoroughly. She went above and beyond answering every question from billing to connectivity. We can't thank her enough for all the time she spent with us and setting up our phones exactly the way we wanted.

Azia helped me so much today. I stopped in on my way home from work because my phone died yesterday. Long story short I left with a new IPhone and internet in an hour and a half. She was super helpful and kind. I would recommend her all of the time. Thanks so much, happy customer, Kara

Azia was amazing! She let us know every little detail about the plan we were signing up for. Made sure we had access to everything in our new phones before resetting our old ones. For example I couldn't log into my Facebook account because its connected to an old email that i no longer have access to and she showed me how to add my new email and phone number (simple for most, sure but I didn't know how to add those things). Very friendly and kind! My experience was wonderful because of her customer service!

Jason, at the St Anthony Village location, is awesome!! He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and so easy to talk to. He totally helped me and was patient with all of my questions. I cannot recommend Jason highly enough!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a pleasure to do business with Shawna! She is extremely efficient, cutting down on your time in the store. She is knowledgeable regarding all available new products including new items. She is also very client centered as she gives you pros and cons without the “hard sell.”

The SIM card in my Google Pixel 7 Pro died. It was frustrating trying even to talk with Verizon customer support at the 800 number so I decided to go to a retail location. Boy was that the right choice! These guys installed and eSIM and had me back on the air in a matter of 20 minutes. I didn't have to wait and the person I worked with was upbeat and helpful. I really appreciate that. I'll be back to buy my next new phone right here.

Jason from Verizon on Silver Lake Road in St. Anthony, Mn provided me with outstanding service today. He is extremely knowledgeable about all products and captured the best and most cost effective plan for myself and family. His customer service exceptional!

We were treated very kindly, all questions answered completely. Very knowledgeable answered took time with us, never feeling like she was rushed to get us out the door.

Had an I phone 13 mini issue last week and Jason was able to fix the issue (SIM card fried with an update). There was a great deal going on for 3 days to Upgrade to an I phone 15 he told me about and it ended up he ordered me a new I phone 15. It came in today (release date) and he called and notified me it was in. He (all agents) were super busy in the store, but in less than 30 minutes he was transferring my data from the old phone to the new phone. He suggested I run an errand or get a cup of coffee and come back in 30 to 45 minutes so I didn’t have to wait. When I came back he worked me back in quickly and then emptied/ deleted data from my old phone, as I watched. Best experience I’ve ever had getting a new phone! Usually you feel like it takes hours to get a new phone. Jason is a knowledgeable, personable, professional and efficient. I strongly recommend shopping with him. FYI, I bought my last phone less than 2 years ago at this store and also had a good experience. Just not this timely and efficient!

Jason was extremely helpful and transparent about upgrading my iPhone. He included information on the changes to billing, helped me find a case I liked, and greeted me by my first name when I came back in the store once my old phone had the data transferred.

Azia was so great to work with! She was friendly and very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend her and Wireless World!

Ty, Mariah, and the other staff at Wireless World couldn't be more helpful. They have helped us purchase phones and tablets, helped to locate lost phones and assisted with claims and setting up replacement phones. We always recommend Wireless World to friends snd family when they're in need of a new phone.

Azia was friendly, smart and helped us out a lot. I traded my phone in for a new iPhone so she helped me out with that very well. In addition, she also ended up updating our phone plan so we wouldn’t be charged extra every month. I could tell she cared about us as customers and wasn’t just trying to draw money out of us. Super pleasant experience and I felt really taken care of!
