Subway

I started going here after Brooklyn Center Subway kept forgetting my double meat. The man at the counter assured me that there was double meat on the sandwiches the bag felt heavy and sure enough he hooked it up the proper way. Seems like it's always the same dude there but he's a one-man army and makes it happen!

The food was great! Subway app for Android might have a bug. I put to have sandwiches toasted and added notes asking for it to be toasted 2x, but it wasn't. But it was all still great. Customer service is always excellent at this subway store. Thank you all for everything you do.

This subway makes their subs right 👍 other subways I've been to in the area always skimp on meat and veggies and never load it up. The staff are friendly and efficient when it's busy. If you want subway go here

I had a fantastic experience at Subway! The subs were delicious, with fresh ingredients that made each bite satisfying. What stood out even more was the kindness of the employees. Their friendly service made the meal even more enjoyable. A great place for a tasty and pleasant meal!

The last time we were there for a late dinner stop, we received great service as always and our meals were made to our liking. After I ate my dinner, it was great and no issues with it, but my wife's subway she said had a funny taste to it and couldn't eat it and couldn't figure out what was causing it. So, after many times going there, this was our only problem we've ever had with this place. It still deserves our 5 star ratings and will still come back again for our late night meals. Just had a bad experience that night and we don't think it was an employee issue at all as they get 5 stars also for the quick service and always friendly smile's. Thought management might want to know about this issue we had that night(Wednesday the 5th of july, just before midnight, fyi).

The manager is such a good guy he is always so nice and greets me everytime, he knows my order by heart. Best cookies in the world

I have been to this location numerous times. Always stocked up on food and everything else. There are job applications that anyone can take. Multiple options on bread all the way to peppers.
Great place for quality food for the family. (Would recommend using any coupons you have as it may be pricey.)

Ordered online for the first time. Worked without any hitches. The guy working was very friendly, and quick, as even though I ordered online, I also had to place a second order while there, as I realized I missed ordering something online. I went after 11:00p CST and the place was busy even though so late. They have awesome food -- Thanks for Dinner! I'll be back!

This subway is great! They are open late (Midnight) which is wonderful for me, as I tend to eat late. And the employee was outgoing and very polite. I apologized for coming in so late (5 mins.) Before close. (I also work in the food industry, and know how bad that sucks) and he actually seemed to genuinely not care! (Not common in the restaurant business) so I rate this subway a 5 for sure!

Outstanding customer service. I've been going here for years and have only had my order messed up once, and even then, they remade that sandwich for free. They recognize regulars after about 3-5 times of coming in. The workers here take pride in their work and they perform well.

Don't even get me started on the food. If you love subs, this is where it's at. Fresh ingredients and fresh bread.

I come to this Subway several times a month during my lunch breaks, and I've always had a wonderful experience here! The staff is friendly and quick at making the sandwiches; the store is always clean; and the food is great! Definitely a good place to grab a bite.

The Young lady that took care of my order today and yesterday made my salads great!! She was friendly and upbeat. Would recommend highly. Plus the store is always clean and tidy when ever I have gone in. Thank You. 7/15/2018 time 2:04 pm

SERIOUSLY this has been my favorite restaurant since I was 7! And out of 11 years I've only had 2 bad experiences with customer service!!!! ALWAYS a fun and enjoyable brief bonding! 🤣 DEFINITELY reccomend- 12/10

Very friendly staff! Made my sandwiches to the upmost perfection. Had an unruly customer yelling and cursing at the employees while I waited in line. Even though the cheugy troll monster of a lady who was screaming at the employees made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable, the employees acted extremely professional and still made my sandwich with a positive attitude. I’m just happy that even after enduring the hellfire that was that screaching hippo’s moronic tirade, the staff was able to properly take care of my order without issue. Sending love and positivity to this subway location! You guys are the best.

We went to this location on Saturday the 28th, at around 650pm. We were instantly greeted by a woman working at that time, alone. She warmly greeted us and was very kind and quick with her work. She seemed to thouroughly enjoy her job and was very curtious to the customers waiting behind us. She finished our order and let them know she would be right with them. She made the customer experince feel personal and welcoming. To be honest, I never thought I'd have such a good customer service experience at a subway. I wished I had gotten her name to give her the credit she deserves, however it was busy and she was giving her full attention to the other people waiting, like she should. Best customer service experience I've ever had.

I ordered a footlong BMT. I did the combo meal and it was exactly what I wanted and expected. The staff was very friendly which is rare in fast food. I now work across the street from them and I will definitely go back.

All of the staff are extremely nice. A worker by the name of Dzifa was so pleasant. She assisted a senior citizen to there car with there food since they had so much.
