Dr. John A. Coverstone was VERY patient with myself and my brother. He educated us in particular on hearing aids. Kay Christopherson was very pleasant to talk with upon registration. The reason for only 4 stars is that I have had challenges with getting phone calls returned and also booking both my appointment and my brother's. I had go go through the website and connect that way. Hopefully this communication issue will be resolved.
