I just got out of a bankruptcy in December, my mini van was breaking down and on it's last legs. I got a letter from Doug in finance telling me he would help me out. And he did a fantastic job. I was worried that I was going to be turned down as my van wasn't much for a trade in and couldn't afford much of a down payment, fortunately I was able to put enough down with my trade in to get into a great vehicle. Sean was pleasant, efficient, and helpful. He confirmed that the issue with my car was covered by warrantee and facilitated a rental at no cost to me while the car needed to be in the shop. He also was helpful when I needed to get access to my car to obtain items I'd left in it. Overall, a very good service experience.

Kyler was awesome! He helped by doing pre-work for our financing and getting the truck ready so when we arrived things moved faster. He was VERY knowledgeable about all the features of the truck! A overall excellent experience! Would definitely recommend

The employees are what make Rosedale Chev who they are. In this case Sean Pierce took great care of us. He took the time to advise us with different options of repair that would best for us. My wife and enjoy how patience he is with us. Sean is a ROCKSTAR.

Very good support and communication from Ray who quite frankly was awesome. Everything was communicated really clearly, Ray even organized transportation for me to and from work which Ive never had that level of service before.

The Bolt EUV we bought is in high demand and required a pre-order, but there wasn't a markup over MSRP. Fantastic buying experience all around.

Service manager Harry Pho was fantastic. He contacted me frequently with updates on electric issues. The vehicle was a 2015 Silverado which lost key fab and tpms communications. Service tech. Grant worked very hard to find issue and I think he is a very talented mechanic. I can't give this location all the praise it deserves. Would recommend trying them out to fix complicated problems. Job well done.

I had a long day, my car was down to 26 miles, and I was led to believe I could fast charge and be on my way in less than an hour. That information was incorrect. Long story short, I was not happy, my 4 year old with autism was not trying to wait for the car to start charging to get out of the car. After several minutes, I went in for help. I did call 1ST, FYI. So, I asked for help in a short way. The employee saw my emotions and said it's ok, how can I help you? I told him and he requested my keys and took care of everything. That is how I felt. It's the help I needed, and under so much stress, I couldn't get the words out. I took a minute to breathe, cry, and try to pull myself together so I could apologize and thank him for his help and understanding. Sometimes people are going through things and a little understanding cam make all the difference. My point is this employee, along with 2 other employees I had interactions with, were kind, and I appreciate you all. You gave more the good customer service.

All-round great experience. Our sales associate Isaiah was charming, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Isaiah went out of his way to help us find the right used Chevy Bolt and help us get comfortable with the transition from gas to electric. We LOVE this EV! Finally, we are so glad that the dealership was welcoming to us as members of the LGBTQIA community!
