Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Coon Rapids, MN

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and cared for. Heather, and the rest of the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and quiet. I couldn't ask for anything more.

The guys running the place are awesome! I've stayed here 4 times and 2 times they have upgraded our room because they had availability. The rooms are clean and maintained well And overall they have great pricing.

I have stayed here on several different occasions and each time I've been blessed to have the greatest customer service provided by the GM Enzo (pardon if I miss spell the name of the person whom this is directed for.) The whole staff has extremely professional customers service edicut and will always recommend this hotel. Thank you ENZO and keep up the hard work!

Very accomadative and friendly. Arif was extremely helpful for us who brought dog for emergency surgery. We forgot our charger for our phones and he borrowed us hid. Thank you!

Liked my room. Bathroom was under construction and should have been put on the pf order list. My biggest complaint of my stay was the fan in the bathroom and the light are on one switch so regardless of when you turn that light on that noisy loud obnoxious fan comes on. So if you don't want to wake somebody up in the middle of the night you have to pee in the dark. They absolutely need to have two switches it was horrible. They had nowhere to plug my phone in and I'm sure as they upgrade the rooms they will change that. Other than those two items I loved my room. I loved my housekeeper. I was there for almost a week I appreciated having fresh coffee every morning and the breakfast were nice it would be nice to have a bigger selection from day to day it was always the same thing they just made the eggs different and maybe instead of bread they had a biscuit and then the next day it was switched back and forth back and forth, however I did appreciate the option to have food in the morning. But mostly I appreciate the coffee! My last issue was I had agreed on a certain rate for the length of my stay but because I stayed through the weekend they changed it without my permission or without my notification. And it was significant. Had I known that they were going to do that to me because of my budget I would have stayed elsewhere. But honestly I liked my room a lot. I came during a snowstorm and the snow removal was horrible. Down below you asked me if my trip was business or vacation, it was neither. It was a funeral for two people. The choices below ask if it was romantic quiet kid friendly high tech, it was none of those. Definitely not high tech. no they didn't even have a place to plug your phone in. Great value? They over charged me...that wasn't great.

Spectacular location spectacular I will come to this place over and over. Don’t believe the other reviews I looked at them before I booked my experience and I had a wonderful experience.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were there for a week long tournament with a bunch of 13 year old boys. We did a last minute hotel change to this hotel and Chad was calm and friendly when our entire team and families came in to book rooms. They were friendly to the boys and allowed us access to the hospitality room for gathering. We will be going back to this hotel the next time we go to the tournament. Thanks Chad and staff for a great experience.

Room was large and convenient. Linda waa exceptional at the front desk. She made sure we were happy and went the extra mile. We decided to book a room for a future date and Linda took care of that too. Excellent service. Thank you Linda.

Let me say I was completely shocked. This place must be under new management or something cause from check in to check out everything was above expiations. The staff at check was friendly and quick, the room clean and the temperature was amazing as it was a hot humid day. I would recommend over any other hotel in the area.

Price is right and staff very friendly. Great continental buffet breakfast with decent open hours. Rooms could use some updates and a bit janky but beds are super comfy and huge.

I got the king bed suite here for a few nights. My stay here was very lovely, room was nice and clean. Quiet in the hallways, was very peaceful. They have a pool, jacuzzi, gym, coin operated washer and dryer, and a business center for amenities. Large selection for breakfast. Staff here are very kind. I will be booking here again in the near future.

Stayed here for my kids birthday. Rooms were clean beds are comfy, pool was on the smaller side but very nice area with clean bathrooms and clean wet areas. Whirlpool was hot and pool wasn't freezing. Workout are was small but the equipment was brand new and brand name, treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike and a all-in-one weight resistance machine that I wish I owned. Bonus was cooler water with cups in the fitness room.
Breakfast is like every Country Inn and Suites and the reason I choose this chain. You can eat healthy or pig out. I'm gluten free and there is plenty of options, eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes of some kind, have a bar with salsa, sour cream and cheese for eggs, gluten free cereal (along with others), yogurt, fruit, gluten free bread (some chains don't put this out but you can request it and they may have it). Other things my family eats that I can't, sausage and gravy, make your own waffles, pastries, bagels, toast (butter, peanut butter, jelly) oatmeal with all the toppings, and of course drinks: milk, water, OJ, apple, coffee, assorted teas, hot chocolate.

This isn't the newest Country Inn and Suites but they did remodel and it's on the same level as other ones I've stayed in and would pick over any other chain again and again.

Great hotel with great staff! Beds were very comfortable, room was very clean and breakfast was amazing! i love that they have both hot and cold food options! Hot tub was the perfect temp. I would recommend this hotel!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. They have been very accommodating since I arrived. I travel a lot and it’s nice to finally say I’ll be back to this hotel. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette party 4 months ago and it was a blast. The rooms were really clean and the staff were super friendly and called up to our room to check if we were satisfied with the room. The breakfast was incredible, I would come here again just for the amazing HUGE breakfast with tons of options, so delicious!!!! The beds, pillows, and what felt like feather blankets were so soft and cozy, it made you never want to leave the bed. Cold AC in the room and Good hot water in the shower with lots of clean towels. They had a pool and hot tub on the main floor, we tried the hot tub it was alittle on the cold side. The only CON was the Hot Tub gave 2 girls YEAST INFECTIONS other than that, if you stay out of the hot tub you will love this place 100%.

There is a Manager Ms Linda who helped out greatly and another lady who worked with me and my family through a rough patch in our lives. Greatly appreciated. Reccomend this hotel highly. There is a couple of other hotels in the area, but the other places are bed bugged and trashy. Thanks again from me and my family.

From Check-in to Checkout, My experience with this hotel has been wonderful! Absolutely the best hotel at this time, the breakfast is out of this world and tops every other hotel. It even beats hotels with actual restaurants linked to them. Rooms and nice, clean and quiet. Good area with lots of places within walking distance. Staff is also very nice and helpful.
