Napa Farmington is the best place not only are they located to the best dealership in town but the staff is super friendly and get you what you need as fast as possible call Napa first they will set you up with what you need and you get back in the road hose electric battery fluids they have it all been using them for years and never disappointed once stop by for all your automotive needs

I needed a generic radiator cap. The young lady at the desk searched a GM part number and cross referenced it somehow to find what we needed.
The older lady at the other counter watched from her stool as if she was ready to scold someone. I'm glad I went to the pleasant associate. I was in and out.

We were greeted and asked if we needed help the moment we walked in. My friend bought a case of motor oil for the car. I asked if Napa took AAA card for a discount on the oil. I was told a discount works on AAA car batteries. Thank you for your assistance. Be back soon.

Great customer service! Put in an online order and paid for it. Went to pick it up but the computers were down so they were not able to process the order. Staff released the product to us anyway so we would not have to make a second trip. That really helped us out in a bind. Customer service like that is often lost nowadays so when we find it, we like to share about it!

Love this store my trucks breaks went out and ebrake and power steering pump blew and live 3+ hrs north. All the employees were welcoming and nice, they were so helpful and even helped me with the area and finding a junk yard. Thank You

Very helpful in getting us the part we needed. They dissembled an entire brake caliper to get a part that would have had to be shipped in. Would have been screwed without their willingness to go the extra mile.

I needed new wiper blades and the service guys installed them for me and helped to tie down a box I had loaded. So incredibly helpful! Great service!!

They had my AMS Oil, and the guy talked to me for a half hour, and I felt bad for him as he was trying to close the place down.... and I kept talking and talking, when does it become too much... probably then....
