I’ve lived in Farmington, MN over twenty years and remain grateful we have this local chain retailer that makes it a quick run when we need household tools, handyman repair supplies, and services for common family needs.

It’s very clean and well organized for a small store; the manager understands what are the most commonly and often needed supplies to have on hand. I’ve stopped in many Twin Cities Ace stores over the years, if already in the cities, and in terms of the customer service that I have encountered, our local store is the best.

They are professional when engaging us, offer knowledgeable assistance, and give us room to shop on our own when we prefer that. We make the effort to shop here first to support our local Farmington, MN businesses. We’ve been amazed at all the additional homeowners services that they actually provide, such as:

• Car key fob repair.
• Ice skates sharpening.
• Basic lumber goods.
• Hunting license purchases.
• Ski passes.
• Safety certificates.
• UPS authorized shipping provider.
• Carpet shampooer rental.
• Battery replacements – such as for door bells and garage door openers

They carry many of the trusted brands that people look for; such as Green Egg, Toro, Echo, Craftsman, Benjamin Moore Paints, Weber, Yeti, Ariens Snow Blowers, etc. While they don’t typically don't provide on-site repairs or warranty service, they been great at putting us in touch with their vendors for such needs.

It provides in-store shopping, curbside pickup, and delivery. Parking is ample and signage is excellent. It’s an Ace Hardware store that is strongly supported by locals.

The employees are always helpful, provide excellent customer service, and the store itself has everything you could need for your home.

One employee even spent several minutes helping me locate an odd screw I needed for a project. They could have easily just pointed to the aisle and left me to my own devices.

The layout is clean and bright with a good selection of products. If you have a question, the "family" is always willing to help

Big shout out to the manager who went above and beyond to help me get my license plate screws replaced. I was completely out of my element and out of the goodness of his heart, went outside to help me. If the manager is this amazing, you know the staff will be too.

Everyone there is friendly and willing to help. I bought a new grill and they assembled it and because I only lived 5 min away they delivered free of charge AND helped me carry it to my deck on the back side of house. Great people and great service

I have found this Ace, in particular, to not only have a wider selection of products than you would think...but also that they might be the best business in the area in terms of customer service that I have encountered. They are Johnny-on-the-spot with engaging you and offering assistance. When I need help it's great to have staff that is ready to find what I need. When I know what I need they're happy to let me figure it out on my own. I always stop here first unless I absolutely need to make the 10 mile trek to the giant warehouse stores north of us. They almost always have what I need.

Absolutely great customer service! I ordered a water heater just recently and was told it would be here on the following Friday morning if included in their store ordered that was placed by noon on the prior Wednesday. It did arrive in the 2 days and I also received free delivery by noon on Friday. Delivery was up stairs and into home which I much appreciated. I've also had a window repaired there in the past which was very reasonable priced and fairly quick. Very good Manager, Erick. I would highly recommend!

We only went as far as the Weber section and found everything we wanted and some sauce, too. Nice place.

Pellicci’s in Farmington has EVERYTHING and the staff are incredibly helpful and professional. Stu is amazing. There is no other hardware store for us.

I absolutely love this store! Their small size means I won't always find everything I need for every project, but their customer service always makes up for it 10-fold. I frequently come to the store with vague ideas of what I need to complete specific projects, and always end up leaving with all the parts I needed, even when I forget to do my measurements. You can't get this level of service at a big box store!

My visit today required some assistance from one of the clerks. Kim was amazing and therefore a five star review is due to her patience and desire to be sure I left extremely satisfied.

Just moved to the neighborhood from MS. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. My key was worn down and was having problem opening and turning over. Their machine was amazing in cutting a new one.

Great place to get what you need. Sometimes I just go there to walk through the aisles to sift through the nuts and bolts of life. Everyone is very helpful and happy to serve you. They definitely make you feel important every time you walk in.

I live in Northern MN and purchased a Weber grill (over the phone) from this store for my daughter who lives in Eagan. With my ACE rewards they assemble and deliver for free. I ended up changing my mind (after ordering) and chose a different grill, AND they also filled up the propane tank for me so it was a complete setup for my kid. They had to make 2 trips to deliver, and were communicative, so they really went above and beyond on this order, great job!!!!

Found some very reasonable and helpful folks here. Needed to grab a couple tools real quick and was helped by intelligent, knowledgeable employees that were actually more interested in helping me find what I needed than furthering a bankrupt narrative. Much appreciated!

This is My hardware store. I try to make it my first stop for all my project supplies because the store is locally owned and managed and the people they hire are engaging and helpful. I can't promise they will have everything you need, but I can promise they will have the most friendly employees you will encounter who are going to do all they can to full fill your hardware needs.
