We had a great experience with Millersberg. I prefer a local company that was very helpful through the entire process. this company is. They worked well with our insurance as well as worked around our schedule. Jason was very communicative as the company's point man. Pedro and the gang were awesome during the whole tear-off and re-roof, to include the rubber roofing and the gutters. Did I mention that our house has 12/12 and 18/12 pitches with 30' walls? Megan and Payton in the office were great when I called changing timeframes because of my schedule. Overall a class act and a breeze to deal with.

I would highly recommend any homeowner to use Millersburg construction!! They are a stand up business and support our nearby communities in many ways.

We had an amazing experience with the whole team at Millersberg! From the office staff, Jake was with us every step of the way and went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied and knew what to expect. The roofing crew was polite, prompt, and professional. They all knew we have a special needs son and ensured to spend the extra time to roll our yard for nails and debris that went over the plastic since he loves to run barefoot in the yard. We appreciate you Jake for doubling down and rolling again when you showed up after the crew left. I hope we don't need to see y'all again for many years but should Mother Nature have other plans you will be our first call to inspect for damage.

Millersberg did great work on my roof and siding! Chad J. was responsive and professional, using his expertise in the area to work with the crew to get the work done right. While there were a couple hiccups, Chad was able to contact the right people to fix these issues in a timely manner. Very happy with my roof and new, steel siding. The house looks amazing, and Chad was a pleasure to work with.

Carter was fabulous to work with to get our roof replaced and he responds quickly!
They came out to our house to find damage, to call our insurance company with us, and to inspect with the insurance adjuster. It was so nice to have them around to do all the talking for our roof! They give you the option to drop off payments and sometimes they can even swing by to pick them up.
We did have some tiny issues when the roofers came out but Carter made the necessary adjustments beyond what we asked. He and the Millersberg team are great to work with!

We keep his business card on our fridge so we have it handy when someone needs a recommendation in our neck of the woods.

Millersburg Construction exceeded my expectations on our siding and roof replacement. Chris and his team worked tirelessly over 2 years with my insurance company to ensure that my claim against the 2019 tornados on the south side of Northfield was successfully processed and approved. My roof damage from the wind was originally approved as a fix project, but after the shingles didn't match the existing roof, they continued to work with my insurance to get the entire roof replaced. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and the new curb appeal of my house. I would certainly recommend their work.

This company was fantastic to work with. They assisted me with the adjuster and made the whole project seem effortless. Very high quality workmanship and respective crew.

Our home was damaged by a storm: roof; siding; gutters; garage doors; and fascia were all compromised. We were approached by Chad from Millersberg about helping us with repairs. I can’t say enough about the professional care, quality of work, eye for details, punctuality, and the empathy we received from Chad. We felt like we were treated as if we were family. One of his own. There are good contractors and there are exceptional contractors. Chad makes Millersberg exceptional.

After a horrible hail storm Chris came out to our house immediately and after assessing the situation he walked us through the entire process of how it was going to go and informed us that he would be there for us if we had any concerns or questions.
