Big Bear is the best! I’ve gone to them for sets of vehicles tires (car and truck). They are helpful when deciding the best tire, they work with your schedule and situation, and they have good prices. Great customer service! Keep up the awesome job. I’ll be back again.

Although a lot of companies have lost the customer service approach to gaining and retaining customers, Big Bear owns it as part of their identity. ALWAYS a smile projected over the phone, efficient scheduling, great prices, a quality product and a clear enthusiasm for what they do. It's refreshing to deal with such great people, so my loyalty is secured with them.

Big Bear Tire is one of my favorite places to do business. Marty, Jon, and Jason and the rest of the staff are top notch. They are honest and will give you plenty of options depending on what you're looking to have done. I only go there for my tires. All 4 of my cars have been at Big Bear Tire. I have a 2021 Subaru Ascent and they got me a great price on black MSW 20 inch wheels. My Fusion Sport has a nice set of General G Max RS's and so does my 03 Mustang Mach 1. They corner balanced my Mach 1 and my Fusion Sport has some H&R springs installed by Big Bear Tire. I can't say enough about this small business.

I've been a customer here since the early 2000's, and I can honestly say I have NEVER had a bad experience. The team here is honest, up front, and explains everything in great detail. They do as good a job on our boring minivan as they do on specialty/modified cars that need additional attention. I've sent several of my friends and colleagues here as well, and all of them have had great experiences. Great business!

Marty and Jon are still the best -- better prices than big box stores (with superior knowledge too). Been using them for 10+ years on many vehicles. New twist today -- they did a fantastic job on our 32' Winnebago trailer changing for better Goodyear Endurance. Thanks guys!!

Seriously the best tire shop in at least a 50 mile radius. I have been bringing my partner's and my own vehicles here for years and these guys have never done me wrong. Top notch service and fairest prices you'll find. I recommend them to pretty much everyone I know.

I brought my car to this shop based on recommendations to get corner balanced and aligned. Marty worked with me on a schedule that worked for both of us. These guys are grade A+ professional. Jason worked on my vehicle and I couldn't be happier. He brought a few issues to my attention prior to fixing them. He followed my instructions, dialed in the settings I requested, and performed the job swiftly without sacrificing quality. Big Bear Tire has extremely competitive rates, my only regret with this shop is that I never discovered it sooner. If you want peace of mind when your vehicle is being worked on, then I'd recommend making the drive to this shop.
